I placed a carry out order several days ago, got home and realized it was someone else's food. I called the restaurant- spending over 45 minutes talking to 3 different people and finally they decided I was worthy of having my order replaced on another day (when I could come back to do so) I placed that replacement order today then called to make them aware only to be DENIED my replacement. The General Manager, Mike, was apparently off work today and would not speak with me. But had no problem instructing his employee to not replace my order because 'he doesnt remember talking to me' what a JOKE! spend you $50 on pizza literally anywhere else but here.

I placed an order online, received a confirmation email, and a ready to pick up confirmation. When I arrived they had no trace of my order. The employee nor manager cared about my situation. I asked for corporates number and I was told to find it online. The managers name was Mike. He wasn't helpful and was very inconsiderate of my situation. I won't be going back. Poor customer service.

I ordered a large half cheese half pepperoni and the presentation of the pizza was nice and hot. But the appearance of the worker was disheveled and no gloves. After eating the pizza my entire family had stomach discomfort and diarrhea. Clearly who ever made the pizza didn’t wash their hands.

The only thing you will get delivered is disappointment. Every order is a gamble. You never know what will be delivered. Will it be your order or someone else's? They outsource their deliveries because their management team can't maintain staffing to deliver themselves and use Doordash instead. When your order goes missing and you contact the company they tell you they will escalate the issue and they will contact me in up to 3 business days. I just wanted the food redelivered but refuse to pay 2x for the same order to maybe get refunded for the stolen order. Instead I now have to wait potentially 5 days to get a refund? All because Pizza Hut would rather gamble with your order instead of having managers that can maintain staffing? I'm sick of giving this store and Pizza Hut second chances.

I tried 3 times to order pizza for my kids party. First of all, they have a $100 MAXIMUM. I needed 11 pizzas and could only order 10. And everytime I tried to place my order online, I was given an error message. I went over and ordered on Domino's and didn't have a limit, plus my order went through on the first try. Pizza Hut isn't worth the trouble anymore.

Just picked up my order and I should have checked before I left. I didn't get what I ordered. They gave me pepperoni instead of extra mushrooms. I paid for extra cheese and extra mushrooms for an additional fee. I even gave a tip. Lesson learned. Very disappointing

The overall taste of the pizza was great, but I ordered and paid for my pepperoni pizza to have stuffed crust and did not get it made that way. When I called them about the issue they (cooks and Manager) called me a liar and asked for pictures. I emailed pictures of the cheeseless crust to the cook. Afterwards, they would not answer the phone.
Went in just to sit for a quick personal pan pizza. This is definitely not a dine in location. Whoever the young lady was at the front is awesome. She's very personable and welcoming.
