It took an extra 30 mins than the scheduled time to get my order. The pizza was overcooked. I ordered 6 wings and only two had sauce on them. If I could give this place a zero I would.

My Super Supreme pan pizza was quickly and accurately prepared and customer service was outstanding. The pizza itself was very good but not quite as good as I’ve had in the past. That said I’ll definitely be ordering again. Thanks.
Called in a medium meat lovers and a 20 oz Mt Dew. Ready in about 15 mins just as I got there.Hit the spot! Thank y’all!

I ordered online early Saturday for a 8pm delivery. 835pm I called the store to see what was up. The manager said if you order online it’s a corporate thing and didn’t even see my order. Then he hung up on me. The pizza was delivered cold though around 845.

If I could give 0 stars I would this Pizza Hut has the rudest most disgusting people working for them I can’t believe the way I was being treated just for trying to feed my kids and the are always “understaffed” and always uses DoorDash to deliver food even if you didn’t order through DoorDash and they never give refunds I’ve been waiting on my refund since January I have called customer service 4 times and still haven’t gotten my money back

This location has the most unprofessional staff ever & really should just close down ! I tried to call in my order someone hung up on me & then stopped answering the phone , I pulled up so I could order the inside was closed I sat at the drive through for 10 minutes workers did not acknowledge me at the window ! I left & went to Pizza Hut on Bloomfield & received excellent service ?
Won't be coming back here, pick-up order wasn't ready at time it was supposed to be then found out they left it sitting on the counter (not in the warmer) front desk girl was friendly. The pizza itself was dry and had very little flavor. Think I'm done with pizza hut.
Used to be good and reliable. Last and final order was 30 minutes late, cold and didn’t deliver 3 dipping sauces or breadsticks. I was billed on my credit card for everything, but got charged for food never received, and what we got was worse than frozen pizza. The rude girl who answered phone hung up on my wife 3 times when we tried to get it straightened out. Never got a refund. Corporate doesn’t care. Sent 3 emails and they won’t respond. Will never do business with this location again. Sad, because I have always been a Pizza Hut lover, but this poorly managed location simply needs to be shut down. Horrible service. Horrible food. Horrible excuses for “employees”. Two BIG thumbs down. Buyer beware!!!
