This drive thru is the ABSOLUTE WORSE! Every time I go the person on the speaker is unprofessional, the line is hold and backed up because they NEVER have anything ready! And it’s so slow like ridiculously SLOW! I love popeyes but this service is what’s going to stop me from going.

Have been to this place maybe a handful of times since it opened. They’re always out of everything. Every single time. Was hoping after a few months since I’ve been they would have improved…nope. Don’t waste your time and energy with this place.

Worst experience of local fast food restaurants.I'm not sure runs this store or who the area manager is, but they are apathetic. This location is ALWAYS out of basic menu items, refuse to clean the dining room tables, or keep the drink fountain stocked with ice. All this from a customer who goes once or twice every 6 months.

Slow service. Rude employees. They always seem to be out of all the best things (which sometimes is a straight up lie and they just don't want to make the food). The spicy menu items have no spice. Food is often badly oversalted. Fries are served stale. You will never get everything in you order, they might charge you for extra things you DIDN'T order, and if you try to get a refund, they will try to fight and/or gaslight you. On the rare occasion they have someone in the kitchen who gives a single crap about their job, you might get some tasty food - though it probably won't be the food you ordered.

I should have read reviews before wasting half my lunch break to drive here. This location is leas than a year old and is being run into the ground. If owners do not want it closed down they better invest now to get better workers or better training to present staff to turn it around. Being out of essentials to this restaurant chain as seen in multiple reviews is unacceptable. I won’t say it’s just the fault of employees. They have to be shown and trained the appropriate way to run this franchise. It’s not automatic even if they’ve worked other fast food chains or even another Popeye’s. Very sad.

Came inside because the drive thru was wrapped around the building. Ordered a chicken sandwich to be told that the chicken fillets were frozen. Don't know how long it takes to cook a frozen chicken, but surely it's not that long. At any rate, went to Taco Bell instead.

I really don't understand how you can run a fast food fried chicken restaurant and have no chicken to sell in the middle of the day. I decided to walk in instead of drive thru. I noticed that I waited for quite some time to be able to order. I was told that they will take my order in a moment twice. Finally, after waiting 10 minutes and several other orders had gone out, I asked for 'the sandwich' only to be told they had no fillets thawed. Meanwhile, there are racks of fried chicken behind the cashier and the manger agreed that there was no chicken. As I thanked them and started to walk out, I realized I was the only white person in the restaurant. Maybe I wasn't Southern enough? (I could totally be wrong of course and would really like to believe that) Every one else was served with a smile and attentiveness. Thing is, I'm not even white! Amazing how that hate just keeps on perpetuating. It is a sad day when you can't even buy a chicken sandwich because of perception.
