So idk what it is about this location maybe because it's the only one in macon now. So for starters I got here at 8:00pm I waited 38 minutes for a HOT SPRITE, they neglected to mention they have no ice. When I asked about my receipt they asked for my CELL PHONE to take a picture. Which the picture says they have cocktail. But that's a lie. So, so far they have no ice, no sauce, no paper for the printer, they closed the lobby at 8 when it's not supposed to close until 9. I asked for the promotional strawberry biscuits. They didn't have that either. I honestly have NO CLUE why they still open. I'm beyond frustrated and disgusted.

I went And ordered a 6 PCs combo almost $11 get my food chicken not even hot and fries lukewarm.takes it back get more but missing my fries didn't get receipt for my food nothing overall not a good experience for me ??♀️

Tried their fried ckn first time in at least 10years.omg I had two thighs gone before I got home an hr later.hot fresh juicy and crunchy.also had their honey BBQ wings very juicy good flavor.had their strawberry lemonade really good.Martez was very kind when he fixed my order 2 wks ago.will return.just wish it was closer to work so I could go there at lunch.

This Popeyes legitimately has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED. On top of the fact that they're always out of something, you have to be disrespected just to place and receive your order. I've visited this location over 15 times and it's 100% solely the WOMEN that work here. Terrible attitudes and no sense of pride or self worth. Idk what they're being paid, but I will personally pay them to just quit and find somewhere else to work preferably where they won't be seen nor heard. Absolute trash location. IM SURE THAT WORKING AT POPEYES IS LESS THAN IDEAL, BUT WHAT GOOD IS A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE GOING TO DO WHEN YOU OBVIOUSLY NEED TO BE ON THE CLOCK ANYWAYS.

The staff are rude. Complete with eye rolling and teeth sucking. Everything we tried to order they claimed they were out of (almost everything) . The parking lot was clean at least. And so we're the bathrooms.
