If I could rate zero stars I definitely would. First of all, how are you Popeyes Chicken but always out of chicken ? Then the girl at the window is SO RUDE. She refuse to answer through the drive thru headset and when you pull up to the window she basically has a staring contest with you until one of you give in. They should have stayed closed because from service to atmosphere everything is HORRIBLE. Corporate or Secret Boss needs to step in immediately !

I have never been to this Popeyes and ordered anything and they actually had what I ordered. And they have never had any special that was advertised on TV. I will never waste my time going to this place again.

They are back open and better than ever! They have amazing people working behind the counter and the food is always fresh. You *might* have to wait a few for the food, because they are usually pretty busy, but worth the wait for sure. Be nice to them if they're busy, it's not easy beating Chick-Fil-a on every level, every day, every time.

How is this place still open? You cannot get food here because they are always out of most of the menu, sometimes mid-day, and no they will not make more. How does a chicken restaurant not have chicken co consistently?
The person who spoke at the drive through was unintelligible and sounded like they were speaking through a dying walkie-talkie. You speak to them and you hear random syllables back. You communicate with them by asking questions and guessing the answer based on the pitch of the gibberish that comes back.
The entire "management" team needs to be fired.

If out of 4/5 items I mobile ordered and PAID for , maybe u just need to close down until restocked ? Just go next door ,they have items on menu much better than Popeyes .

This location is always out of 60% of their menu. Today, we went, and they only had red beans and rice and slaw for their sides. That was unfortunate, but not a deal breaker. I try to order a sandwich for them to tell us that they are out of breasts and that they can't make a sandwich. I try to order something else, and they tell us that they're out of chicken. How is a chicken restaurant out of chicken???
This isn't the first time or second time. I give up at this location.
Employee taking orders at the drive thru was very rude. Could not hear because her voice was low or the system was working properly, and when I told her I could barely hear she raised her voice, and seemed frustrated. Was trying to ask about on the menu. At that point I drove away. They should work on how they talk to customers.

Aight. The biscuit was a lil toasty but very moist on the inside …. mac was sus (threw it in the trash)…. the rice was undercooked (but the cat ate it¿)… and let’s just say i gave the mash to my dog …. but that drumstick and thigh was decent ? And the boys were super duper cute and sweet. So I meannn… if you in your early twenties and don’t mind look at them fine men and paying for subpar (lowkey bad) food… this the spot ? ?
