The space is nice and the employees are friendly, but it’s poorly managed. The menu items are never available, both food and coffee. How is a coffee shop out of cold brew for over a month? They are consistently out of menu offerings, and the refrigerated items are usually bad/inedible.

Not a real business. They do not open at these hours.

I recently visited Reckon for the first time and had a wonderful experience! The atmosphere was quiet, making it a perfect spot to relax. I was fortunate to be assisted by Katelyn, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. I’ll definitely be returning for another visit!

I like the orange couch area…nice place if you need a quick getaway from the house or spend productive time at.

Kaylan was a phenomenal barista! Wide selection of hot coffees and cold coffees as well as plenty of grab and go snacks and breakfast options!

Closed during the evening, most appropriate time of the day to want coffee, wine, and dessert. 🤷‍♂️

The staff was super friendly and welcoming to my pup. They have so many flavors to choose from including several sugar free syrup options which is great for me as a diabetic. My coffee was tasty and the vibes super cute on the patio. The manager even brought a dog bowl of cold water over to us. Thanks Reckon!

Went for breakfast about 9am and they were out of almost everything. Tried to order breakfast sandwiches and were told that the kitchen would eventually be making some, but couldn't provide any more information than that. Ended up getting a couple of danishes, which was the only highlight. They were out of cold brew, so got an iced coffee, which was sickeningly sweet. Wife asked what teas were available because the menu board wasn't on and they weren't listed anywhere. The employee seemed annoyed that she asked what was available and only gave her earl grey as an option. The coffee shop was empty when we went, so we figured we had gotten there at a good time, but now realize that it was probably empty because it wasn't worth visiting. We now understand all of the other 1 star reviews. Does not seem like management has done anything to improve upon other complaints.

Ordered a chai and pumpkin spice latte along with food. Food was good! Drinks were awful. We threw them away. The chai tasted burnt and nothing remotely like a chai. Disappointing!

felt unwelcome as soon as we walked in. barista was slamming things around and acted as if it was inconvenient for us to be there, was very rude as well. we felt rushed to order and they wouldn’t accept cash. i got an iced vanilla latte and it tasted terrible, like day old, watered-down coffee. i threw it away which is sad because it was $7.00. over priced, not good, and terrible service.

I had an amazing experience at the Reckon Coffee Shop located in Hotel 45 in Macon, GA. My barista, Whitney, was incredibly knowledgeable and made my visit truly memorable. I ordered a chai latte with vanilla, but the previous barista mistakenly added coffee. When I brought it to Whitney's attention, she happily remade my drink without hesitation.

What stood out even more was her genuine acknowledgment of my military service, which made me feel appreciated and welcomed. Whitney's exceptional customer service was the highlight of my brief stay in Macon. Thank you, Whitney, for going above and beyond!
