I had an amazing experience at the Reckon Coffee Shop located in Hotel 45 in Macon, GA. My barista, Whitney, was incredibly knowledgeable and made my visit truly memorable. I ordered a chai latte with vanilla, but the previous barista mistakenly added coffee. When I brought it to Whitney's attention, she happily remade my drink without hesitation.
What stood out even more was her genuine acknowledgment of my military service, which made me feel appreciated and welcomed. Whitney's exceptional customer service was the highlight of my brief stay in Macon. Thank you, Whitney, for going above and beyond!

I live in the neighborhood near the hotel and this coffee shop, so I popped in to grab a 20-ounce Coke. WAYYYY overpriced! $4.32 including tax. Outrageous. That’s more than the cost of buying two two-liter Cokes at the supermarket. I didn’t know the price until after the transaction processed through my card, and I was tempted to return it.
