The restaurant has really picked up its quality of food. Although we waited a minute for our server she was very attentive. Joannie was definitely knowledgeable about the menu. Our food was fresh hot and delicious. And the happy hour Margaritas were worth the price.
Lee who was our server was excellent!!! Such a personable and genuine person. When we go again to Red Lobster we will request him again. Also got to meet the GM and what a beautiful woman she was. You can tell she cares about her staff and customers!!!
I went to red lobster for Valentine’s Day with my love food was hot delicious great music selection atmosphere was great and cozy my waitress Emily was so polite and awesome costumer service and everyone was so polite it was very clean i enjoyed myself 10 out of 10 i recommend again great vibes with awesome ppl we were the last couple to leave Saturday night everything was perfect

Let me say that I never do reviews but I had too do this one. I don't know what this lady job title is but, Ms. Annette Williams is a people preson with professional services. I wasn't trying to listening to the guest on the seating behind us but there was a guest who had problems with a charge for a house salad and she wasn't understanding why the $1.99 was being a added charge, I understood what her waitress was saying but, she wasn't grasping it. Ms. Annett came out with a calm voice and tone, and made it that my 4 year old grandchild could understand. Ms Annett you are simply the best you are Make Red Lobster 🦞 Great again. I see you Ms Annette Williams excellent representation
I love this place! Even though they were super busy and short staffed, my food and service was great. Mrs Annette, Laura and Tim are the best! Mrs Annette was so professional through all of the stress. This is best team.

Crab leggs not fresh , lobster small and over cooked, tarter sauce stinks and runny. Coleslaw weird taste could not eat.
Everything from the food ,Our waitress,Joni Martin to the atmosphere was top notch..I really love the biscuits and the Shrimp Alfredo..The lobster and crab legs just topped it off..Our waitress, Joni was very helpful and really took care of our table ..She was in a trot looking after her tables the whole time that we were there...We will be back..
