The service was phenomenal. The general manager took my order, she was polite, courteous, caring, and phenomenal. I had a to-go order, and then the general manager walked over to take the order. The bartender never approached me to even take my order. I was happy with the service that was received from the GM. The food was still hot after I reached my destination. I definitely enjoyed my experience.
Amera was outstanding ?. She was fast . Punctual. Responsive. Made us feel like family . We will come to redlobster and when we do I hope she is our server.

I was in there for 10 minutes and no one even came to my table to offer me a drink or greeting. I was seated and ignored. There's probably 10 cars in the parking lot and is equal number of tables being serviced inside at the time. Two separate servers came within the next 2 tables from me. I finally left unnoticed Unbelievable!

Every day terrible service, we are losing this restaurant in Lakeland… I spent 35 minutes waiting for a table, a couple left in front of me for 45 minutes and when they gave me the table, horrible place. God willing, this restaurant has not been here for a year.
