I've gotten coffee here a few times now because it's down the street from my school, and I couldn't recommend it more. Everything that I've tried has been great, and the staff is always nice. The muffins are always hot and amazing. I just tried the red velvet one and think everyone should try it too!!!

I live down the street from Red Owl. I go often before work and always have a pleasant experience. Today I decided to get coffee and yikes. The woman running the window was super unpleasant and lacks customer service skills. Never seen her before and honestly hope I don’t again. I don’t know if she is upset she’s working early Saturday morning or if she’s just having a bad day but no thanks. On the bright side, Katelyn is always delightful and so is my coffee.
