Food is great, but unfortunately if you go online to order they charge you a gratuity fee that you can’t remove and if you call the order in they charge you the same amount as a “takeout fee”. I understand times are hard, but upcharging your guest isn’t the answer.

Great place! We’ve always had excellent customer service - tonight from AJ who was wonderful and attentive. Sometimes the music is really loud leading to 4 stars.

First time stopping by and trying this place. I got a to go order. The food was average to slightly better than average. I had 2 sushi rolls both of which were excellent and one of the hibachi plates which was pretty average. The service is what will be getting me to return though. Emily was amazing, she took her time and explained in detail any question I had. She even saw that my grandmother was waiting in the car and offered to get her a water while we waited on the food. Overall I would say I got what I expected but the service exceeded those expectations. Worth a try imo.

They charged a percentage of my order total as a takeout fee, which wasn’t disclosed when I called to order. The lack of transparency left a sour taste in my mouth, and I will not return.
With that said the prices are high, but the food is high quality and very tasty. The $10 dollar lunch “specials” are laughably small, though. You’ve been warned.

Service was great! Emily did an excellent job. Portion sizes and food quality have changed though. I’ve always been impressed by their filet fried rice. That was not the case today though. The steak quality was subpar and only came with three nuggets of steak. This is laughable. I also had to pay extra for yum yum sauce. The rice was dry and wait time for food prep was ridiculous considering how slow they were. They did not seem to have a manager on site which was concerning for a Sunday afternoon.

Hi guys, I’m back with another review and if you love sushi I know you can’t to hear about this. This was my first time at this establishment and I really wish that I would’ve dined in. I would love to give this place a five star review but I couldn’t for several reasons. First thing first, the atmosphere was amazing, cool laid back spot, friendly workers and I suppose fast service. When placing my order, Brenay was very kind. She asked for my number so I assumed they would call when our food was done. They did not. I ordered the basic California roll and The VIP roll which was fried. Unfortunately my roll was soggy because well we never got a call or text. The overall flavor was amazing though! I just wish we’d gotten it in time to taste that crunch ? sooo the food I would give an honest 10 minus the softness and the overall service would have to be given an 8.5 but I will definitely go back! Thanks, Sunny out! Oh also I did do a video showing how mushy my food was and the presentation, it was leaking out and I was like umm ewww but overall it was still good.
