I've ordered my cornbread muffins and cracklin cornbread muffins here every Thanksgiving holiday and Christmas holiday and New Year's without a problem until I got my new years eve order and who so ever fixed my order had to know that they were not fit to eat they were burnt up and hard as a brick to the point where every last one of them had to be thrown out. Very unhappy customer.

Just did a door dash and I paid 67.50 to receive my food and I'm missing two meals and no bread and all my sides are wrong. There was no call or text to inform me. I am pregnant and my two children and husband were looking forward because we have had such good experiences before. So now we must find something else to eat

OMG! My finance’ and I decided to get something to eat before heading home. We had decided to go to S & S cafeteria since it was a very long time since we had eaten there, appropriately 10 yrs. We got the Chopped Steak (low key-hamburger), mashed potatoes (instant), with extra gravy cabbage oh and crackling bread. When I got home, I had to reheat my plate. When I tell you I put a piece of the hamburger, oh, I mean Chopped steak🥴 in my mouth, I literally thought I had just eaten a spoon full of salt. The gravy was super salty along with the cabbage. The craklin bread barely had craklin in it. By the time we sat down to eat, they were closed. So me being me decided I’d call and leave a message. The phone just rang and rang. Times like this makes it hard for me to eat out, whether fast food or sit down. I will be calling or going up to the restaurant to get this cleared up and will update my review accordingly.

I was scheduled for a Thanksgiving pickup and arrived on time, but ended up waiting in a long line because many people who arrived outside of their appointed times were allowed to pick up their orders outside of their assigned times.
The lack of enforcement of the scheduled pickup windows made the process feel disorganized and unfair for those of us who followed the instructions. I felt frustrated and a bit disappointed, since the purpose of time slots is to prevent crowding and delays.
I appreciate the effort that goes into Thanksgiving orders and wanted to pass this along in hopes that future pickups can be managed more smoothly.

Ordered takeout for Thanksgiving. We ordered many days in advance and tell them we would be there to pick it up around noon. We got here at noon and are still standing in line at 1 PM. See pictures for the line. Worst catering, takeout experience ever. They need to hire someone that knows something about logistics or stop taking more orders than they can fill with their backwards system. We will now be more than an hour late for lunch.
