The woman who was working behind the counter was incredibly rude and disrespectful to me. She refused to sell me the eel sauce I requested stating that it was under one dollar, so I requested two of them and she still refused to sell to me. She then proceeded to cuss me out in what I'm assuming was Japanese, but I cannot be certain. I left and have no intention on going back there ever.

We have eaten here for years. We called for a pickup order and a lady answered as if she was at her home not a business. She was extremely rude, we asked for our regular orders 1st, then asked for sweet n sour chicken. She proceeded stating we had the wrong restaurant and hung up. We called back thinking maybe it was an accident. No, she did it again. We asked to order something else and she said , puffed and said, 'Fine, what do you want?' Of course we said, 'nothing'. And we hung up. We are extremely appalled by this lady's behavior. We really like the owner and the food , we've ordered there for years. It's ❤️ breaking when there's a bad ? in the bunch. Oh, I called back with a different phone number, she picked up the phone and said nothing, put the phone down, I could hear them talking in the background. I kept saying, hello, hello, Noone responded. I hung up after a few minutes and called again, phone was busy. I have no clue how long it stayed that way. I just hope the owner sees this and figures out the person who was working at this time and discusses the situation. Hopefully this doesn't happen again. We hate to see a good restaurant and suffer from one bad ¹¹apple.

Yiu have to be careful and read the menu so you want be over charged if your nit a big eater the all you can eat is not for you they charge you for a the extra food you don't eat this is not the ordinary buffett were you can eat all you want and get rid of the rest but the server he was nice the building has a light smell when coming in and they dip your ice with a cup not correct utensils

I will not go back. Just saw the cook walk away from the grill to answer the phone, hang up, and without washing his hands, go back and continue cooking. I told him he must wash his hands. He shrugged and continued. I kindly asked for my money back. Absolutely disgusting

I was so excited to try this place but never again. Rice was very dry. Veggies were overran by just Broccoli. Then the entire staff was rude as hell and never spoke a word. The guy taking my order was too busy leaning over me to make sure my friend got just the drink of water he ordered instead of something else. I just laughed because I could not believe it. Like he didn’t trust him. Then the other guy that brought food. No words. Go get another job if you are that miserable. Also you need to at least play some music instead of dead silence. Horrible experience. You will be closed at this rate. Try any of the Pho places. They are super nice and food is great.

The food is decent! I ordered teriyaki shrimp and scallops! Delicious as usual. They do not send soy sauce or duck sauce so don’t expect it to be I. The bag. My Dasher didn’t bring any sauces as requested but it still delicious! It does come with a small container of yum yum as well. I love this me cause it’s $15 with tax and there’s enough to eat tonite and tomorrow ? Tou can’t beat that! Plus there’s plenty of seafood for your buck. I highly recommend
