In a town in with so many wonderful options for BBQ, Satterfield’s is hands down the best! The food, staff, and service are impeccable and consistent. Saturday brunch isn’t something to miss!
Vegetarian options: Salads, egg sandwich, slaws, potato salads, Mac and cheese
Parking: Plenty of spots, thirty or so!
Kid-friendliness: The owner and staff parents, they are kind and empathetic. The owner may even let the kiddo play with a pig while they’re there

I just ate here today and it was my first time here. There aren’t many good BBQ restaurants around here but this one is certainly one of the best I’ve been too. The brisket sandwich I got with cucumber slices was amazing. Meat was tender and had a nice smoke ring. Very good sandwich. The fried Mac n Cheese balls were good as well. I only took two bits because I was stuffed from the brisket sandwich and bomb banana pudding ! Service was great as well. The lady that took my order was very polite and helpful with helping decide on my order. I apologize for not remembering her name by the way. But we need more people like her in customer service! Thank you and I’ll be back someday! -Chris

It is not the same as the old Satterfieflds… I had the collards (too spicy hot to eat) and tried the banana pudding (black bananas and soggy wafers) not good. My sister had pulled pork (was stringy and dry) and bbq beans (didn’t think bbq beans could be so bad! Overall terrible and expensive for what you get!! Won’t go back!
