So, to start things off, I met a friend I haven't seen in a couple years at Shane's to eat lunch and catch up. We both ordered for our selves and daughters and took a seat in a booth. My fitness food came out shortly and they ate. My daughter and I waited patiently for 25 minutes and no food was brought out. I walked to the counter to ask where our order was and no employee was available. I had to call the restaurant from in front of the cash register in order to get someone to come up front. They were confused and told me it would take 15 more minutes to prepared my order because they did t make it. I requested a full refund and ended up eating next door with my daughter. I've never eaten at Shane's before and will never go back to any location. Completely mismanaged restaurant. Employees don't care at all.

Got a half rib plate to go. To start, this food is old and the baby back ribs are cold and tough as nails. The sides are cold and the coleslaw is not even filled halfway up. It was 3 bites.

Ordered baked half chicken for lunch. Got back to work and it was the worse chicken I have ever had. Very hard could not stick a fork or knife through it. Wasted $14. The cashier was just mediocre on the personality as well. Another guy I think manager was in golf shorts and shirt not a Shane’s shirt and finished eating and started helping cashier ring up customers and was being real dramatic about him just putting out pens and them being gone already. He should have been back there checking on the bad chicken they were serving. The place did smell real clean though.

Probably one of the worst meals I've ever had. The chicken tasted freezer burnt the ribs were tough and I don't even know what to say about the bbq. I paid $18 for this plate of food and threw most of it away. It was not good at all!
Food overall was great. My daughter had one piece of undercooked chicken tender but NyAsia our server went and had a whole new plate made for my daughter. We may not always get it right the first time, but the fact that they went above and beyond rectify the situation was impressive. Made me feel important as a customer and valued.Kid-friendliness: They were totally totally helpful to my daughter. I would definitely say this was a kid friendly environment.
This is definitely one of the better eating establishments in town! The food is consistently good, the restaurant is always clean & the staff [especially Bre, who has a smile & is very personable every time we visit!] is definitely customer oriented from the time we walk in the door until we leave! Plus, they have delicious Peach Tea... which I absolutely love! We've never had a bad experience in the three years we've been going there!
I personally do not eat barbecue but occasionally we go to Shane’s as they have other options and my husband likes barbecue. There was a couple in front of us ordering and I almost immediately noticed the employee taking his order seemed pretty rude but I brushed it off, as we were ordering I definitely realized she was a very rude person. I felt so uncomfortable ordering with her. My cup had a hole in it and she was very rude when we asked for a new cup, the food was great but my salad that was supposed to have grilled chicken seemed to have pork that hadn’t been pulled yet (possibly?) I had to pick it all off. The girl that brought our food to us was very nice! The one that was rude had blue and pink hair and I believe her name was Jayden. Would definitely recommend not going here.

How can you come to a barbecue place and there out of pork . Came the other day for lunch and was out of chicken already . Need new managers I guess . I'm pretty sure the owners don't know about any of it . Got my chicken and sides all where cold . My wife ordered a hamburger and a side and they where cold also . You tell the person that works here and she says not my problem . I will never come back here and I am telling everyone I know not to wast there money in coming here .

We have kept trying to give this place a chance. They are always out of chicken or pork. Today even though we came in at 2 o'clock on a Saturday they were out of pork already and when we got our food which took a little while almost everything was cold. We told one of the servers and apparently she doesn't care no one from management came to see what the issue was. And the server just said oh ok. Really bad food and really bad customer service
