Shark's Fish & Chicken Chicago Style

The only thing good is the food, as for the employees there are vile and rude. I got cussed out by the girl behind the counter for smiling and raising my eyebrows as she stared at me! The worst part was the owner was standing behind her and did nothing I had to call him out for allowing his employee to treat a customer in such a horrible way! I have been shopping there for years but today is the LAST TIME I will ever give them a dime!

Hush puppies were good, catfish and whiting filets were cooked great, fries were nice hot and golden with seasoning, and the service was amazing!!

The food is always good but the girl who answers the phone has a horrible attitude. I don’t know if she’s slow or was never taught manners. Either way, it’s enough to make you worry about the integrity of your food.

Sharks always has different people employed there, but lately it has been a positive experience. The cashier is friendly and the order is correct and food good.

Had the 20pc Shrimp meal and was great. Excellent value for money. Even on a Thursday it was busy a 2:15PM but get there before 2pm for the lunch specials. I'm going again when in the area.!!!

Not sure exactly, but the order was wrong with items not being replaced after explicitly requesting so AND items being totally wrong, requested over the phone for an order to be added on arrival and there was no one to communicate with until I was paying for the order. Extremely inconvenient for the time it would've taken to put a note down while the order was being taken
