Horrible drive through
I sat for over 15 mins no one came to the windows.
Bunch hood rats running the place
Have no clue what customer service is

Just went through the drive thru and ordered 2 catfish nuggets combos and didn’t realize until I got home that I have 2 chicken nugget combos. If it was chicken nuggets and not processed chicken squares (kid’s meal nuggets) it would not have been a problem. I called and was told to drive all the way back to bring the nuggets back and get the catfish… no apology whatsoever. Fish and chicken combo would include fish but I have 2 chicken square combos with near burned hush puppies and tartar sauce and cold fries. Mercer University Drive location 11/22/2024 2:30pm

The people in here are rude you can probably find one server that's nice but extremely rare. The Philly I got was extremely dry the bread wasn't toasted

Everything was delicious ,made to order ..came out hot…I ordered a peach cobbler and did NOT receive it.. that’s a bummer…Combos came with coleslaw and it was pretty good ?..I would definitely visit again..But I will be checking my bag for now own

When I arrived there was a lot of people in the parking lot mingling so pulled up to the drive thrue and I sat at the window for about 7 minutes before someone took my order because the speaker at the menu display was broke so I didn’t get a great time to see what was on the menu. However I ordered the Cajun grilled catfish. She told me to pull to the front and they would bring it out,,,,, 20 minutes later I got my food. $14.23 for two small prices of fish, one bite size hush puppy a palm size salad and a few fries. The fish wasn’t any Cajun style fish it tasted like fish with no wow factor. The salad dressing was watery and tasted the same. The fries were awesome but just the ones on top that had the seasoning on it. It wasn’t a bad meal but for the price I was expecting a little more excitement in my dinner tonight. I will be going back because everyone can have a bad night. This was my first visit just not impressed. Honest opinion.

Shark's Fish & Chicken Chicago Style Seafood Restaurant – A Major Disappointment

After recently moving to Macon, I was looking forward to a relaxing evening with a good meal after a long day in the Georgia heat. Unfortunately, this was far from what I experienced at Shark's Fish & Chicken. From the start, the lack of customer service was glaring—not just from the staff, but also from the management.

To make matters worse, when my sister and I finally got our order home, the food was completely inedible. As someone who has lived in Florida my entire life, I’ve had my fair share of seafood, and this was by far the worst I’ve ever had. I won’t be returning to this location, and I definitely won’t be recommending it—or any of its affiliated stores—to anyone looking for a decent meal.
