I’m sitting here waiting on my food to come out and asked the lady at the register can I get my food bagged separately since I have 2 different orders. She looked at me and didn’t Respond, so I ask another girl at the register and she rolled her eyes. I had to yell out (can anyone hear me ) one girl said with attitude ( if we didn’t respond we still hear you ). After that we waited around 30 more minutes for our food that was not bagged separately. I will never eat here again. Everyone except the cooks was friendly. The Black African American females that works here is really making this spot a bad spot due to rudeness and the attitudes

We always have a great experience and the food is always good every time we come. But tonight the service was awful. The girl with the butterfly locs that’s taking orders at the window was really rude. We asked her to see a menu she told us the only menu you guys had was at the drive thru speaker. Then when we asked her about what specials that you guys had with fish and chicken she say 4 and 1. We don’t know what 4 and 1 is. Very disappointed with service tonight.
Today was the worse day of service in history, one unprofessional employee had the nastiest attitude ever, filmed me because she I filmed her, sent a video and threaten to have me assaulted by someone. I will have to take action and alert authorities. The most awful experience and she was on her phone while working, unproductive time of your clock!Parking: I'm good

My family and I went today to order dinner to go. The customer service was horrendous and we left before ordering. There were three wait staff at the front with one cursing on the phone, one looking at TikTok on the phone and another just walking around looking. One of the wait staff stopped to take our, then as we were ordering, she stopped and went in a room&shut the door. Management needs to hire better front wait staff that are professional and won't affect the company bottom line.
