Walked into smoothie king today to pick up some smoothie bowls. Nothing crazy but it was two bowls. As soon as I walked in the employee had a horrible attitude I told her I was picking up and order and she went to grab my bowls, she proceeded to set them on the counter and rudely slide them to me. I asked her for a box and she was very rude and rolled her eyes at me then put my bowls in the box and again threw the box at me. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Every other employee I have interacted with at smoothie king is very polite but this lady is just insanely rude and unprofessional.

So I decided to go on a Sunday and a light skin girl made my go go bowl she half did it I’m pissed

I visited your New Street location on July 8th and ordered an açaí item. Unfortunately, the açaí was already mixed with water and was extremely thin and liquified. This greatly affected the flavor, texture, and overall quality of the product. I have received it like this several times. But I finally got tired of the disrespect.
Authentic açaí should be thick and rich, not watered down prior to serving. I was told that this is how it’s prepared, but it resulted in a product that was not what I expected and did not match Smoothie King’s usual standards. I was also disappointed to be refused a refund when I expressed my concerns.
I hope you will review this practice to ensure your customers are getting the full, high-quality experience they expect from Smoothie King.

The smoothies taste great and I love the Friday upsize special. Kara is by far my favorite Smoothie Queen (lol). She knows her stuff when it comes to the menu, ingredients, and flavor mixes. She definitely knows how to make my smoothies just right to get me through my busy day.
I really enjoyed my visit at this smoothie king location. The staff was friendly and bubbly and my smoothie was delicious of course. The atmosphere at this location genuinely felt like home. One employee really stood out to me for her kindness and customer service. Her name is Kara. Kara is truly one of kind and stands out against her coworkers for her bright smile and great attitude. She should be employee of the month! LOL! I tripped on a curb walking to my car and Kara saw. She immediately ran out to help me to my feet and offered to remake my smoothie. She’s just the best!

I ordered through door dash. 1/3 of the way through my smoothie bowl, I pulled out a black strand of HAIR. I called, the first girl asked if it was the dasher's hair. I said no, because the lid was on it. then she said no one there has black hair. interesting, bc the second girl said her hair is blue and the other girl's hair is BLACK and blonde. so I was told they would remake it but I need a receipt. I explained that my receipt is in door dash, I didn't receive a hard copy. all I have is the door dash receipt and the little paper that came on top of my order. she said the manager told her they need a receipt, when I asked to speak with the manager, he conveniently just left. she asked me if I finished eating it, um NO!!! So then I needed a receipt (just not my proof of purchase from door dash) plus the unfinished smoothie bowl, which is fine bc eating someone else's hair is GROSS. I asked for Corporate's number, she said she didn't have it memorized and recommended I Google it. she then told me they had customers in the store and she needed to go. UNACCEPTABLE for a $14 smoothie bowl. I get it, things happen, but do the right thing by your paying customers.
I came in here yesterday. They filled my cup up with ice and barely had any drink. The pineapples was tangy. So today I ask for light ice and they put my drink with barely any drink right. I don’t advise unless you getting a smoothie 🫢

Super huge s/o to Kara (hope I spelled that right lol) at the New Street location. I placed an online order after getting an email ad for a new smoothie (the Apple Cinnamon Cheer); however, this store hadn’t been updated with the recipe just yet. Instead of not honoring my request due to that system issue, Kara went ABOVE & BEYOND and used the details from the website to customize my smoothie and it was delicious!! She deserves a raise or at least some paid time off during this holiday season. Thanks for making my visit exceptional😊
