I get these often from other locations and they’re always nearly overflowing! For almost $13 you’d think they’d do that at this location as well. This is the 3rd time I went to this location on Riverside and the bowl feels very skimp. I only went to this one bc the other was closed until 11am! It will be my last because the other locations I visit always give me my monies worth! They also have better customer service! Last time at this location! ✌🏼

The lies and conspiracy tonight were wild. I received a notification that my order was delivered at the time it was supposed to be—7:45. I called the store at 7:49 to let them know it was not here and that I’d be on my way to get it.
At 8:11, I was pulling into the parking lot in front of the store and received a text saying my order was on the way. The Uber driver hadn’t even made it out of the parking lot yet. I called and told her I was at the store. She pulled back in, and while on the phone, she said, “Don’t go in; I’m about to hand it to you.” I said, “No, I need you to know I just told them I was on the way.”
She hung up, walked into the store, and handed me my order. In front of the staff, I told her I had called and told them I was on the way. I’m trying to understand why they would give her my order anyway.
I asked for my delivery fee back, and I was told nothing could be done on their end. I was told I needed to call the delivery company. My response was, “This is your company and app I placed my order on—you should be able to help me.”
I’m in the middle of writing a book. I just wanted a snack, and since I had to get out of my creative mode to come up here because people are playing around, I would now like a full refund. I was told they still couldn’t help me.
I was given numbers that don’t work, and apparently, if something like this happens, they have no idea who to call. I’m a long-time customer. I never go into the building, but I have people order for me, my daughter picks up for me, or I order on the app. The delivery even decided to come all the way to my house and take a picture and claim it was delivered at 8:21.
I’m very disappointed.

My usual store #1629 was closed, due to something in the downtown area, but store #0774 was open. Bhumi was excellent in customer service and she made me know that Smoothie King is the Chick-fil-A of smoothies.

I come here weekly and have never been disappointed.
Typically, Smoothie King is my number one place to be on Friday. At the end of a long work week, I take a lot of comfort in my 32 ounce strawberry hulk. However, I ordered a little too close to closing and I paid the price for it. My smoothie tastes like ice milk with hardly any strawberry flavor at all. My wife took one sip and immediately threw it away. I’m not one to complain, but this is not the first time this has happened. When I went to go pick up my smoothies, the girl behind the counter actually laughed reveling in the knowledge that she knew something I didn’t. As if to punish me for ordering late. In fact, earlier that week I saw them lock the doors eight minutes early, turning away customers. This young lady will never make my smoothie again. I will pick who makes my smoothie from behind the counter and make sure I taste it before I leave.

I know they have recipes they follow, but I’ve been here a lot & my smoothie never tasted like this. The blonde haired girl with the pink camo jacket makes my smoothie so good every time!! I love to see her behind the counter.

Bought chokalata. Was straight water when she served it to me. I asked her to thicken it, she did, but still tasted like water. This was the smoothie king located in- town Macon. Mini cost $5.08. with taxes.

This location is the best one in town. Very clean and efficient. Staff friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Willing to make recommendations depending on your goals or direct you to the app that does the same. I go at least twice a week. The slim and trim veggie with extra gladiator protein is my favorite. If you don't have the app I would definitely suggest getting it. You earn points towards health rewards that gives coupons off your smoothie and when the have promotions you get perks!!
