There is a shortish white girl that works at this location occasionally. I mostly see her on the weekends. She has long dirty blonde hair and has been downright rude to me on multiple occasions. I’m not a complainer and have ignored her behavior before thinking maybe I’m too sensitive, but not this time.
I am a daily customer and part time DoorDash delivery person and have rarely experienced anyone in this business with such a problem being nice, even if they don’t mean it. Maybe she should take a vacation or consider another line of work. No need to be so short fused. And hey girly, “ you have a nice day as well”

I say this as a 10+ year customer of this location. Nyasia is one of the most knowledgeable and prompt barrista’s on your team. Us regulars remember the OG dream team. She’s not far off for coming on 10 years later.

It’s not welcoming at all!
I made my order and 1 girl just stood on the mic saying “ma’am,ma’am” repeatedly until I asked her would she like me to repeat my order?!! Just last month I didn’t feel welcomed at all & I was more friendly than the young lady that took my order. They just lack on customer service skills and probably need more training. I will travel an extra ways to receive better service!

This is seriously the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. The employees are rude and don’t care. There is always a line 20 cars deep in the drive through and the inside is full. This is NOT because they’re busy. It’s because they simply can not even make a black coffee in less than 20 min. The location of this Starbucks is super convenient for me, but I can no longer carve out 30+ min in a day just for a simple coffee. This Starbucks either needs to be shut down or the employees need to learn customer service skills immediately. I have gone to this Starbucks for over a year before making this post because I really like to give people that work in the food industry 100 chances, but this Starbucks has gone through all 100.

The baristas at this particular Starbucks are wonderful. I've gotten coffee several times recently because everyone is so awesome.
