There is a shortish white girl that works at this location occasionally. I mostly see her on the weekends. She has long dirty blonde hair and has been downright rude to me on multiple occasions. I’m not a complainer and have ignored her behavior before thinking maybe I’m too sensitive, but not this time.
I am a daily customer and part time DoorDash delivery person and have rarely experienced anyone in this business with such a problem being nice, even if they don’t mean it. Maybe she should take a vacation or consider another line of work. No need to be so short fused. And hey girly, “ you have a nice day as well”

It’s not welcoming at all! I made my order and 1 girl just stood on the mic saying “ma’am,ma’am” repeatedly until I asked her would she like me to repeat my order?!! Just last month I didn’t feel welcomed at all & I was more friendly than the young lady that took my order. They just lack on customer service skills and probably need more training. I will travel an extra ways to receive better service!

This is seriously the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. The employees are rude and don’t care. There is always a line 20 cars deep in the drive through and the inside is full. This is NOT because they’re busy. It’s because they simply can not even make a black coffee in less than 20 min. The location of this Starbucks is super convenient for me, but I can no longer carve out 30+ min in a day just for a simple coffee. This Starbucks either needs to be shut down or the employees need to learn customer service skills immediately. I have gone to this Starbucks for over a year before making this post because I really like to give people that work in the food industry 100 chances, but this Starbucks has gone through all 100.
It's always a pleasure to stop by here in the mornings. They are efficient and precise.
