Starbucks inside a Kroger

Another great location to pick up my coffee. They make it the same way every time. The staff are friendly and courteous. I go out of my way to come to this location because they make great coffee.
The Starbucks on hwy 96 does not make the coffee the same way. It's like playing Russian roulette and I'm not in the mood for subpar service.

What I love about this Starbucks is that I can always ask them for suggestions based on what I think I want and they always give me something new and delicious that pleasantly surprises me. I can always get my go to favorite or my old reliable here. Always great service.

I'm a regular here at this particular Starbucks with mostly a seamless experience. Love the atmosphere, and two of the ladies know me by name/order which is also pretty nice! I always come by here after work at least once a week to get a frappuccino for the sweet taste and energy boost. Wait isn't too bad either if the line isn't busy, and if you're shopping at kroger to kill time, by the time you get back to the Starbucks area, the line has pretty much cleared out, and it takes them 2-3 minutes or less to make your order.

They won’t start making mobile orders until the customer gets there, which is ridiculous.
The whole point of ordering from a mobile app is to have it ready when you arrive.
If I wanted to sit around and wait 10-15 minutes, I’d order in person rather than placing an order prior to leaving the house.

The bathrooms were really smelly. Ordered two croissants specifically warmed. One was burnt, and the other was cold and still in its clear plastic bag. In the future I’ll choose to spend my money elsewhere when needing a roads trip Pitt

One thing I hate is when places make customers who there in their face wait for people who has not made it there yet. The app gives you 4-7 mins for the customer to arrive. If you get an order you dont tell the person in front of you to wait, but that's why Starbucks should have more people work in the morning because standing in a line for 6 mins to make 1 coffee for a customer that's not there is despicable. I'm slowly caring less about Starbucks they're falling off drastically. I'll try to find another location to see if their better.

the female at starbucks who took my order was not pleasant. however, the barista was great. thank you!

Sam made my shaken espresso, it was frothy and sweet! Literally the best shaken espresso I have ever had! He made it quick too! 10/10 experience!!

Come in at 7:40pm, stuff refused to take a order because they are closed even though google hours says open till 8:00pm. I asked about working hours and she replied that she is closing early. Not professional, stuff has to be trained to provide customer service.

This store is never stocked, every time they have a sale which is once a week, they don't have any of the sale items and they never keep milk in stock. It's horrible to try to shop here bc they don't have the products.

If the sign says (closes at 8)...then don't tell me ya'll are closed at 7:30 and then be unapologetic about it...Just do yourself a favor and drive to the one in Byron people
