Went recently 9/23.. horrible... people working have NO social skills and act like they do not care, and they do not know how to make the drinks, even a simple Iced Caramel Latte.. looked like a cup of nothing but cream (or milk), i had to get another one made, it still did not taste good. need some help at this location!update:yet another visit recently, young guy working, standing there with blood on his hand from a cut i assume, i said looks like you need to clean that up and bandage it , while he said no its good etc etc, and looked like he was halfway attempting to wipe the blood off and , yes still making drinks, i have never seen such, i will be making a report and everyone here that has a bad experience should also !

Shouldn’t take 20 minutes to make 3 drinks. 2 guys on shift together definitely need more training. Cashier walked off mid order to chat to other guy. He didn’t seem to know what could be redeemed for points on the app. Also asked for child temp not scorching hot.

I get a Starbucks every single morning. This place is absolutely ridiculous. It should not take 40 minutes for a mobile order to be placed and still not be ready.I watched a barista tell people she had 15 drinks in line and tell customers that walked up it would be 30 minutes and they left. Yet I never saw her make a drink in the 10 customers she told that. The baristas act like they don’t want to be there and move slow. Starbucks you’re wasting your money on this location.. or get people in there that know how to move faster. I ordered a drink and told them not to waste their time making it I had waited so long. The lack of customer care is unreal.
