Arrived at 12:15 today, 2 persons there ahead of us, names put on waiting list. At 1:10 no one had been seated and over 15 persons paid and left. l noticed 5 tables that had dirty dishes on them, apparently no one to clean them. l only saw 2 waitresses, one in dining area and one at bar. my second time here and my last. First time almost the same, severely understaffed. Took about an hour to get food but it was good. But I'm not going to wait for well over an hour for someone to bus tables so that l can get seated. walked out today before being seated. When l left no one had been seated. Very poorly managed.

The service was ok, but the food was terrible! The fried catfish was WAY over cooked. It was so tough I had to cut it off the bone with a fork, French fries were grease laden, and the coleslaw tasted like it was about to go bad. If I could give it a 0 rating I would.

I have eaten here several times, and always good! I'm a catfish person, which was always seasoned and cooked perfectly, recently tried the fried shrimp and it was great. I've tried many other restaurants such as Kudzu's, Crab House , Red Lobster and by far Steve's is better. So much so that I drive across town to eat there!
Great Buffalo style food! BOW was quite good, but you need to tell them to make it rare otherwise it comes out well done. Pizza is good and we love the cupped pepperoni. Subs are also quite good, there are several items we still have yet to try including the wings. So we will be back later, thank you!

I won't trash this business with a 3 or 4 star overall rating but i want to point out a few things. Someone in another review pointed out it seems odd to name a place a steakhouse and have only one steak (ribeye). My food came out quickly and the server was very nice. The lady at the hostess stand didn't seem rude but she didn't have much spark. Someone else gave them a really bad review based mostly on the hostess. It's not possible for me to know if it was the same one but I have a feeling it might have been. She wasn't very personable and didn't give off a very welcoming vibe.The grilled buffalo shrimp were cooked perfectly as was the fried shrimp I ordered along with my ribeye. The steak seemed to be of poor quality. It was tough and had a large section of gristle that I think should have been trimmed off. I would recommend anything seafood from this place but wouldn't suggest the steak.
