My wife came in around 1:10 this afternoon she ordered a footlong club sub.and the young man that made it for her put southwest sauce on it when she didn't ask for it. He never apologized for it nor did he ask her to remake it. To the BOY that made that sub. That's why you will never get a real job anywhere else, you don't know what it is to listen and do what the customer ask. What a shame for this subway location to have such a lazy employee. Will never be back again and will tell everyone I know what happened.

Whitney was the best!!! The best sandwich and service I’ve ever had from a subway!!! I will definitely be back… my sandwich was made the correct way and tasted fresh and flavorful. Thank you And the cookies were amazing

4/20/25 Upon arrival, Whitney was outside with a bonnet on smoking in her car. We were not greeted at all. While making one sandwich extra mayo was asked for and she raised her voice and said “I heard you” crazy. Lastly the same gloves she used to make the sandwich she used to get the cookies with. If u dont like your job get another one. Her body language and her dimeanor was very off putting. This will be our first and last time going to this location. I would rather drive to the next city to get quality service. I hope that the manager of the Hartley Bridge location. This seems to be a pattern at this store according to other patrons.

Just visited this location today, 23 August 2024. The young lady today did not prepare my sandwiches as requested, bread not toasted, no cheese, wrong bread, I requested Italian artesian, and she gave me plain white bread. Terrible attention to detail. Need more supervision.

They used to be a good place to eat and get fast, healthier food but lately they are getting worse and worse. Taking longer and longer to get our order and we place an order on their app but for no reason, it can get canceled. If you have to call them on the weekend, don't expect to speak to any manager, they're conveniently unavailable ?
I can't say enough about Whitney. She is awesome! She doesn't hesitate and gets straight to the orders. She is very professional all while being kind. Everyone needs an employee like her!
