They used to be a good place to eat and get fast, healthier food but lately they are getting worse and worse. Taking longer and longer to get our order and we place an order on their app but for no reason, it can get canceled. If you have to call them on the weekend, don't expect to speak to any manager, they're conveniently unavailable ?

It’s 7:00 and I’m outside the store. The open sign is on, people inside working but they have the door locked and would not open the door.

Went to Store on Hartley Bridge and at 8:56pm the door was locked and the guy working there said they were closed. On the internet it states closed at 9:30. What time do you really close?

I ordered food from here and they gave me the whole veggie line other than what I ordered the sandwich was extremely disappointing and I couldn’t get my money back. The customer service is awful.

If I could give zero stars I would! How in the world do you mess up sandwiches so bad when you are sitting there looking at an order placed online, the instructions could not be any more simple. You didn't even put the right meat on my Italian BMT, it doesn't have turkey... You gave me pepperoni and turkey?? Where was my salami and ham? I ordered lettuce, mayo, pickles, provolone cheese, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper.... I only got meat, nothing else, a dry sandwich and it was the wrong meats. I mean come on now. Your own menu is right behind you if you don't know what meat goes on which sandwich. This was absolutely pitiful. This Subway needs to get it together and do some training with your "Sandwich Artists". Then your app asks for a tip for the artist.....? hahaha.

They’re out of salt, oregano, capicola, cherry coke, and all but two breads.staff just talking in back instead of restocking drink machine.when I asked if they could put syrup in the drink machine, they told me take a drink out of the fridge - they were out if that drink in the fridge too!worst subway I’ve been to.

I was in line waiting my turn to order my son a sandwich. The young lady ask me what I wanted even though she had a customer. The young man in there saw that she was still working with the customer in front of me and never started my order. He proceeded to ask the customer behind me what she was ordering and started making her order. I guess he said she was going to get my order but I didn't care who made the sandwich. I was there first. Someone needs to train he how customer service works. I will never visit this subway again.
