If I could give 0 stars I would. This is only for the night shift though. The new staff either only put out what they want to serve or the trick haven't came all week. Morning shift is great night shift sucks. I'll ride more miles to keep from going to subway on piono. Sadly this just started with the new hirees. A major lack of credibility good luck to them in the working world. Shout out to the morning shift though.

A man named "Nate" was working 2night & he was AWESOME!! The food was AMAZING!! (& we have NOT had good Subway in a LONG while!!) The store was clean & stocked!! He was good with conversation while he worked!! He did NOT throw the sandwiches 2gether the way thy have N the past! As long as hes working, we LOVE Subway again!!! He DESERVES a raise!!!!!
I placed an online order that specified exactly what I wanted on my sub. I got home and noticed that there wasn’t any lettuce or mayo on my sandwich. I tried to call the store back but nobody picked up. I am highly dissatisfied. I mean how hard is it to read a ticket and make a sandwich?

Sandwich was dry, bread was hard. Seemed like we got more veggies then meat. Got a 6 inch tuna and footlong turkey for $19. Only stopped by this one because it's close to me. After stopping tonight, I see why I don't visit this location and never will again. Run to another Subway!!!! Only one person running it too!

I've come in here quite a bit in the past years and haven't had much of a problem until recently ... The last 2 times I've stopped in to grab something I've been told they had to many online orders to serve me ... Either they need more employees or better employees .. not sure which but... you Gotta love Macon service ;)
A very ugly person inside and out served me, she wanted me to tell her everything I wanted on my sandwich before she continued. 'that's the way I like to fix sandwiches" she said. And aggressively stating what else! what else! What else! I'm so sick of these people who work in public service and they do not have professionalism, definitely lack customer service and people skills. I will never go to this place again! I would not recommend anyone else to go there and experience the embarrassing service I received!
