Pierre took my order, whipped up a BMT, and had me out the door in some kind of record time! The sandwich was good, but the service was great. Generally, if I get my food standing up, I don't tip, but I did this time.

Ordered a pizza sub and a roast beef sub through DoorDash. Received two Italians. Had them resend the order. Received the pizza sub and all of the insides for the roast beef in a bowl, no bread!! It was supposed to be a foot long. Will never order from here again.

This is the last time I’ll come here. They can NEVER get the order correct, and when you place an order online that SHOULD be ready, it’s NOT and you have to wait for ALL the other people that walked in! Totally unacceptable!

We ordered two foot long subs, one was supposed to be nacho cheese chicken and other was supposed to be veggie with the veggie patty. We ordered from the app. They did not even have the decency to call and tell us they don’t have either the chicken or the veggie patty. They just decided to prepare the sub with out them anyway. It was ready for pick up by the time we went and when we got home, the subs did not have ANY MEAT OR ANY PATTY. I literally spread out the filling to find at least ONE piece of chicken but NONE AT ALL!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE.

I went in today around 6 today the service sucks the store was not clean the lady that made my sandwich act as if she didn't care and that's how my food taste I work there about 10 years ago and never thought that store would go down hill very disappointed

What was supposed to be a $9 sandwich turned into a $34 dollar sandwich because apparently my online order “didn’t go through on their end” and I was told the only thing I could do is redo the order or order it in line. The money had been taken from my card and I showed him that and I also showed him where the order had been placed and he still told me there was nothing to do. Placed the order again cause I had used a coupon on the app, money came out again and still apparently didn’t go through and I checked multiple times to make sure I had the right location and I did. The food wasn’t for me so I just ended up buying it in line and couldn’t use the coupon and I was told to call subway customer service but it never put me through to a person. Idk what’s going on up there but apparently nobody in that building can do some simple understanding. Never going there again

The employees are courteous but poorly trained at their jobs, the first time they ran out of meatballs well before closing, the second time they burned the meatballs, different employees.
The location was very clean and maintained so that was nice, but it's no good if the food is bad.

I went to subway to get 2 Subs and the lettuce was brown like a paper bag I asked for more lettuce and he stated that was the only lettuce they had, they are trying to get someone sick there is no way that they should be serving the food they are serving.

My wife came in ordered a sub for the kids and a salad that was $10.49 and got charged $13.99. She left a tip and then noticed on receipt the salad was charged wrong.
The employee called the manager and manager said it only makes an .11 cent difference because of the tip.
Management seems kind of slow, definitely won’t be coming back to this subway!
