What was supposed to be a $9 sandwich turned into a $34 dollar sandwich because apparently my online order “didn’t go through on their end” and I was told the only thing I could do is redo the order or order it in line. The money had been taken from my card and I showed him that and I also showed him where the order had been placed and he still told me there was nothing to do. Placed the order again cause I had used a coupon on the app, money came out again and still apparently didn’t go through and I checked multiple times to make sure I had the right location and I did. The food wasn’t for me so I just ended up buying it in line and couldn’t use the coupon and I was told to call subway customer service but it never put me through to a person. Idk what’s going on up there but apparently nobody in that building can do some simple understanding. Never going there again

The employees are courteous but poorly trained at their jobs, the first time they ran out of meatballs well before closing, the second time they burned the meatballs, different employees. The location was very clean and maintained so that was nice, but it's no good if the food is bad.

I went to subway to get 2 Subs and the lettuce was brown like a paper bag I asked for more lettuce and he stated that was the only lettuce they had, they are trying to get someone sick there is no way that they should be serving the food they are serving.

My wife came in ordered a sub for the kids and a salad that was $10.49 and got charged $13.99. She left a tip and then noticed on receipt the salad was charged wrong. The employee called the manager and manager said it only makes an .11 cent difference because of the tip. Management seems kind of slow, definitely won’t be coming back to this subway!

I specifically ordered online so what I wanted was in WRITING! 2 BMT w/extra meat with SPECIFIC BREAD AND VEGGIES ON EACH. NEITHER...I REPEAT NEITHER WERE RIGHT. This order was picked up because we have to work. Get to work look at sandwiches and BOOM. Wrong! No one answers the phones at this location and I even gave a decent tip for these 2 sandwiches we picked up. What a disappointment. It is sad when you have an order written down in front of you and can not just make it. I mean it's was ordered at 3pm. It was not even a busy time of day. Buyer beware

My only complaint was that one of my sandwiches was left out. I didn't notice until I got home, so, I had to go back to ask for it.
