I ordered through the app. Told me to pick up at 5:10. I get there at 5:15, food still isn’t done. Ordered two italian herbs and cheese and one artisan italian, all three were white bread. One sandwich was just wayyyyy too salty I had to choke down what I ate to not waste my money.

This restaurant has a habit of closing before the advertised time. The open signs are on and The employee simply says “I’ve shut the register down so I’m not taking orders”. Please stop false advertising what time you close or get better employees.

Ordered on the mobile app at 11:45, arrived at Subway at 12:05, food was not ready. Waited until 12:25 for food to be made and still wasn’t ready. Either get more employees, or train your current ones to be more efficient. 45 minutes to fail to make a mobile order is a bit unreasonable, ended up just walking out and asking them to refund the order. Won’t be going back to this one.

Placed online order. Clearly stating exactly what was wanted. There was no $4 double. This is the 2nd macon location that is subpar. I even tipped 25% in the hopes my order would be correct .Subway here is extremely disappointing. Why even have an option to send an order in PRINT if the employees either can not or refuse to read?
