I ordered through the app. Told me to pick up at 5:10. I get there at 5:15, food still isn’t done. Ordered two italian herbs and cheese and one artisan italian, all three were white bread. One sandwich was just wayyyyy too salty I had to choke down what I ate to not waste my money.

This restaurant has a habit of closing before the advertised time. The open signs are on and The employee simply says “I’ve shut the register down so I’m not taking orders”. Please stop false advertising what time you close or get better employees.

Ordered on the mobile app at 11:45, arrived at Subway at 12:05, food was not ready. Waited until 12:25 for food to be made and still wasn’t ready. Either get more employees, or train your current ones to be more efficient. 45 minutes to fail to make a mobile order is a bit unreasonable, ended up just walking out and asking them to refund the order. Won’t be going back to this one.

Placed online order. Clearly stating exactly what was wanted. There was no $4 double. This is the 2nd macon location that is subpar. I even tipped 25% in the hopes my order would be correct .Subway here is extremely disappointing. Why even have an option to send an order in PRINT if the employees either can not or refuse to read?

Service was dull and non existent; visited today at 5:25pm and blond wig young lady had the door locked and then didn’t acknowledge the customers at the door; Instead she gave a shrug attitude and then once on the phone became hostile, stating that the reason she didn’t come to the door was because she was making a sandwich for another one customer at that she didn’t have a line. It was only one customer and one small sandwich, which I deemed as an excuse to not pause what she was doing and just come and open the door and switch out her gloves simple as that you had that door locked way before I got there because another customer who tried to get in before me, but went somewhere else to get something to eat said she’s been had that door locked so be for real. TERRIBLE SERVICE,HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL AS A LONGTIME LOCAL. RUDE AND DISGUSTING

I stopped to get lunch for going into the office. The food station was a mess. Completely unclean other bits of food all in the meat and cheese. Which meat and cheese is kept in a different section than other toppings so it's odd. While putting the cheese on my sandwich I noticed something black on the cheese and asked what it was and she says pepper uh.... pepper isn't used anywhere near the cheese explain that... will absolutely not go to this subway again
