The two young
girls that was working on 2/12/25 has a bad attitude and are very rude.I would never have anyone working for my business treating my customers the way they have me . My sandwich was made poorly.I don’t recommend this place for anyone. Very low low standards

Poor customer service. If they mess up on your sandwich, please do not say anything to them because they will ask you not to come back to the store. They complain about being there.Don't want to work and are taking it out on the customers. I gave detailed instructions on my sandwich and I just don't see how someone can mess up something as simple as a sandwich. My wife went in the day before and the same lady came in the store, complaining about how much she hated her job & didn't want to be there. Find ppl who have good customer service

To Whom It May Concern,

I have been a frequent customer at your Subway location for the past few weeks, typically stopping by for a sandwich. However, my experience has consistently been frustrating due to the lengthy wait times. On multiple occasions, I have had to wait 5 to 10 minutes before being acknowledged because employees are often in the back. While I understand that traffic may be low at 10 AM, this level of service is unacceptable.

This morning, I encountered an unprofessional and disrespectful interaction that has compelled me to voice my dissatisfaction. As I entered the store and attempted to find someone to assist me, I was rudely told to "slow your roll" by the manager. This is a practice I started because I do not have the time to wait 10 minutes, nor do I wish to shout to get attention. There is no bell or button to notify employees that a customer is waiting.

Rather than a polite greeting or an assurance that I would be helped shortly, I was met with rudeness. I explained my situation, but was again told to "slow your roll." I then observed the employee designated to assist me was leisurely eating a sandwich instead of attending to customers.

I waited another minute before deciding to leave. This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable. I informed them that their lack of urgency would result in lost business, but this warning was evidently ignored.

Consequently, you have lost my business. I will now be patronizing the Bakery 2 Go at the Macon Farmers Market, where the products are superior and the staff far more friendly.

You man made our subs. Great attention to detail and he was very clean. Sanitized his hands multiple times. Gas station it was located in left alot to be desired, fifty restrooms.

They have the freshest and the best subs‼️ Customer service was awesome as well. This is the one on Harrison road next to the interstate, not the one inside Walmart. You're welcome 😁

We were travelling to Orlando from Ontario Canada and stopped in Macon Georgia The subways was attached to the local Walmart. I ordered a Monster Sub and my husband a Meat Lovers. The subs were okay but the staff was slow and not helpful. Would not recommend.
