They lady that made my sub acted like she couldn’t put any meat or vegetables on my sub then on top that didn’t have change in the drawer the sub had no taste lol that’s why I like Baldino‘s much better. Subway has went down the cliff.

Then she tried to rush me so fast she put lettuce on one of my sandwich’s and when I told her I said that one was plain, she dug the lettuce off and thought i was going to still eat that… NO. All in all, first and last time. Take your time ma’am

Ordered online and the store ended up closing at 4pm due to being understaffed. Try to get a solution for this and the old lady who works in the store was very rude and didn't help me at all. The store manager has no control and doesn't know what she is doing

They were closing early at 4 bc they’re short staffed and I arrived at 3:45 and was refused service bc there was another person in front of me.. she was very rude and unprofessional

Terrible service. Cheaping out for veggies, counting how many pieces of bell peppers and onions for veg sandwich. Save you the trouble go get a Pub Sub!

My family and I came in for dinner after a long car ride, the system was down and we weren't able to use our debit cards. The woman who made our sandwiches was extremely nice and she did an awesome job on our sandwiches. I didn't catch her name, but the receipt shows code 1952.

I made two Separate orders that I was preordering for pick up at 5:00pm. My boyfriend is going in to pick up the orders and the employees have no recollection whatsoever of my two order names or anything. He calls me to verify that I put the order in at the right place and indeed I did! The employees say that they don’t have it. I checked my email for my order confirmations and instead I see that Subway had cancelled both orders out!!! I explained through the phone on speaker how was that possible when I did not cancel any of my orders and my money was taken off my card. The employees then stated that if orders aren’t picked up in a timely manner that they will cancel out by itself. Stupid, unprofessional, inconsiderate, and inconvenient! No reason for any of my orders not to be ready when there was about 2 hour gap from pick up! Now I’m inconvenienced with waiting for a refund of my money to get back on my card. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SUBWAY. Unacceptable!!!

The worst subway of them all in Macon. Placed on line order. Stated they never received the order but money was taken from account. Now having to wait 24 to 48hrs for money to get back on card. And customer service is horrible.

I got a 6in cold cut sub, bag of chips and a bottle drink, because the soda machine was down. My total was $19.29. I then questioned her why it was so high. The lady ( server 23328) told me cause it was due to price going up on Subways food. I told her that was terrible and was to high for that little of a order, and I would not be back. That FIREHOUSE SUB way cheaper than them. She then hurried and put everything in a bag, and I left. Once I arrived back at work, I then seen the receipt in bag looked at it and realized she had charged me for a whole other meal ( Tuna sub and drink). I immediately tried to call, this was at 12:45 pm and still have not got in touch with anyone and it is now 5:00. She should have caught that she double charged me. She does this job everyday. Especially since I questioned it before I left. She needs to learn how to answer the phone during her shift. Once I get off work I will drive back to let her know she double charged me.

Their doors are never unlocked in the mornings after they are supposed to be open. If you open at 8 am, why is the door still locked at 10 am. Then she literally looked at me and continued doing what she was doing.

Sign says open at 8, door says open at 8, i arrive at 0858 and the door was locked and the worker ignored me when asked what the problem was. Looked dead in my eye and acted like I wasn’t there outside the door. Will never step foot back in this place and will be letting my friends, family, and church members know not do the same.
