I walked in the men was greatful the lady came from the back and instantly put on her gloves I asked her if she could wash her hands she looked disappointed like she didn’t want too she walk too the back to wash her hands when there’s a sink at the front I walk out very disappointed and nasty

Terrible customer service. Had to beg to put toppings on sandwich. When asked for more veggies, told “already added” in heavy Indian accent. They’re penny pinching on subs, not filling rotisserie chicken to predetermined portion size on scoop. Sandwich called for 2x cheddar cheese on menu, barely got 1x portion. Thermostat said to a toasty 81 degrees. Worst Subway I’ve been to.

The few times I have been they always charge me for a more expensive sub. I have to inform them everytime of what I am purchasing. I'm thinking they do it on purpose because they get mad when I ask them to charge me the correct price.

My only issue is portion sizes. I ordered a foot long Tuna with extra toppings and received what looks like a normal portion for toppings on a sub. Not sure if this is normal at this particular location but other than that the atmosphere and food quality were decent.

This is the best Subway I've ever been to. It is super clean and modern and impeccably maintained. The staff was kind and welcoming, and the food was as expected. I would go out of my way to eat here again.

When I went tonight, the mother and daughter were working. Well, needless to say, the mother is rude! I had a coupon for the $6.99 footlong sub, but, at this establishment, you can only use the $6.99 coupon for a ham and turkey sub. Ok, fine that’s what I ordered. I did not get anything extra on the sub. It was just a regular sub. However, when I get to the register, the mother rings me up and scans my coupon. The subtotal should have said $6.99. However, it showed on the screen $7.99. She looks at me and says $8.63 thinking that I would just pay and not question the price. I literally had to tell her that the coupon should be $6.99 subtotal. She proceeds to change it only AFTER I INFORMED HER the price was incorrect. She didn’t want to give me a receipt, but I told her to give it to me. She BLATANTLY charged me $1 for EXTRA CHEESE that I did not even get!! Please pay attention to your order total at this establishment, because they will SNEAK extra costs into your total! See my attached receipt where she removed the extra cheese charge! I will not return here!!

I sent my wife up to this store to get grilled chicken footling sub. I told my wife to get the jalapenos on the side since every other subway does it. Harry charged my wife extra. Didn't ask her if she wanted the sub toasted or not and basically had shitty customer service with zero skills. But that's ok. I work around a lot of businesses where this subway is at and I will never recommend this business to anyone. In fact that's why I went up there in the first place. Or should I say my wife. Harry definitely doesn't know the business and this location will charge you extra (jalapenos) which is free if he were to put them on a sub. Harry sucks and should be fired. But regardless this location has lost my business and the person that referred me to this place I will tell him how my wife was treated.
Very clean place but after eating here on several occasions hoping it was just a one time bad experience and the next would be better, the food is terrible. The owner takes the portions of every ingredient & cuts it in half. I mentioned it to him & he told me “that’s how they’re supposed to be made” but if I pay $30 for two sandwiches, this is definitely going to piss anyone off to have to go home & ADD mayo. Sad.

This subway is very clean and hygienic. fresh vegetables and meats. A staff member is very friendly and helpful. a bread is always fresh and soft. it is a best subway.
