We ordered 2 subs online at 6:30pm on 8-24-2024 they said ready at 6:55 we got there at 7:00 and online it said the order was ready . I walked in and there was one other couple in the store they didn't even know what they wanted and the worker was just standing there he sisn't even bother after the couple said go ahead and wait on me . He then went to the back and disapeared and then came out later and proceeded to take their order . Still not asking me if he could help me . Even after he toom their order and another person walkwd in and he started taking her order and did still didnt wait on me after the next person walked in and he started to wait on them i threw my arms up like hey I am standing right here . He then tried to say he had to wait on other people when i called my order in and it said it was ready . He was unprofessional and rude . I would not have someone working in my business that treats people this way . I did not get his name but I am sure you can see by the date and time who it was . What a terrible experience and it took over an hour to just get 2 sandwiches thst i called in wow!

I ordered 3 subs May 24 around 9pm and had my son to pic it up. 2 of the subs was done incorrectly and the other was salty without the avocado I add to the sandwich. There no Mgr. On the weekend so I have to wait til Monday now foe someone refund the sandwich I still have. And left a tip may not be much but did. Only one sandwich was done right.

We used 2 for $12.99 footling coupon . Hardly any meat or cheese on our sandwiches , just condiments and bread. Disappointed and not with the money we paid even with coupon .

Will not return. And not just this subway...ALL subways and most restaurants until prices become reasonable again. Ordered ONE footlong ham sub and ONE large fountain coke and it was $15.42! 11.29 for the sub and 2.99 for the drink. Ridiculous prices nowadays on everything but I can't remember ever paying more than $8 for a ham sub at subway. Oh and brown lettuce, pale old pickle slices, dried up jalapeño slices and wilted spinach left my sub very plain since I wasn't going to put that stuff on it. I remember eating Subway atleast once a week since I was a teen(I'm 40 now) but they just lost a loyal customer. Sad but guess I will just go back to the old fashioned way of making it myself!

Just got a tuna sub from the nicest guy. He were his hair in a bun, he had his gloves on and was very cool. Sandwich was delicious and line was clean!

Several times I have visited this location and found only one employee. On this day Ashley was working lunch on her own. She welcomed me and other customers, she was efficient and she made my sandwich just as I ordered it. This is not always the case and Ashley is a rare worker in todays work environment. I like Subways new menu.

I stopped in on my way out the door. A nice gentleman popped out from the back and said he wasn't allowed to clock in for an hour and he didn't know where the only employee working went. Maybe a bathroom break. Obviously people have to go to the bathroom, but as I've been here for 5 minutes waiting, I would suggest having more than one employee per shift. I could literally take anything I wanted on the counter. Very poor management - especially to be inside a Walmart with lots of foot traffic.

I just arrived at Walmart to get a subway sandwich and the employee was ringing up another customer. me and my mother was waiting till he came over said he's going on break and the other employee wasn't there yet like really subway this how you treat your customers.
