The food was an 0/10 the bread was hard , the jalapeno looks really horrible in the tin like they never changed it. Wouldn't come back here again.

Do a online order at 6:50pm on my subway app. App let's me know my order is ready then I come to the store to pick up my order AND THE STORE IS CLOSED SMDH 🙃. Up this morning trying to get my money back and the store opens up at 9:00am and guess what it's 9:20am and the store is still not open. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE

Moni was excellent, but the lady who worked with her today was not good. She stood at the register the whole time and had me with three other customers behind me. Didn't help Moni at all. When I got to register the lady said, we don't have ice, soda, or tea. If it wasn't for Moni putting her awesome work in I would have said, I don't want my sandwich. I said, the cashier, we'll need to say you don't have what you don't have than not saying anything. Awesome job Moni! Moni, you deserve better, you need someone who knows how to be teamwork. There is no I in TEAM. Together Everyone Achieve Much=TEAM. The 5 Stars is for Moni.

Bugs crawling around the drink machine, gnats too, no ice, and several fountain drinks are out of order. My sandwich wasn't warm even though it had been toasted, so it must have sat around a while before they actually finished making it. All the ingredients and amounts were good though

Unprofessional staff. Made customer wait while they discussed timesheets, then sat around eating as though off the clock. Took customers out of order of arrival.
Went in to this subway location and stood at the counter for 5 min before the girl in the back got off the phone. When she finally walked up, her greeting was, "you only here for cookies?" Well ummm no I want a sandwich and a cheese pizza please. After looking at me like I was crazy, she said she didn't have any pizza. Then when she asked what bread and I told her Italian, she again stood there looking at me like I had 10 eyes. She then tells me she ONLY has white bread. BEYOND RUDE!! Unfortunately she and this location lost our business tonight.
