I'm extremely disappointed...I'm at the hospital across the street... order online..I asked for lite mustard and they put so much until it was on the sandwich the paper they wrapped it in where the paper had a yellow tint ..for a 4 in kid sandwich....I tried to reach out to them at 10 :40 5 times via phone and it rings once and hang up! After I return there sandwich for a full refund...I will NEVER eat there again Consumer VS Cooperation

We have a baby I'm the nicu unit We ordered two subs almost 30 mins in advance cause we was in a hurry we walk to the subway and when we got there he grab the order off the back counter and said oh I didn't know this was there so we had to wait another 10 mins more to make the order ... there was absolutely No one there absolutely no excuse why our order wasn't ready

Got there at 11:45pm, sign and online hours say they don’t close until 1am. They had the door locked both employees looked at me and kept doing whatever they were doing. They didn’t acknowledge me or offer any explanation as to why they were closed. I just think that’s disrespectful and inconsiderate. Needless to say I didn’t get to eat after driving there specifically for subway

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere, from ‘Brainican’. Firstly, he’s got headphones on clearly on the phone with someone. Then, he catches an attitude with me because when my brother said he wanted this sauce and that sauce, and I didn’t say I wanted the same on my sandwich because he (the worker) didn’t acknowledge me. He tells me I should’ve said I wanted the same thing so he could do them both at the same time (make his job easier, not my job btw) and scoffs and shakes his head. I work in food service myself and I have never treated anyone the way he treated me that was insane. And it’s crazy cause I was there the other night and he was great! The behavior he exhibited tonight should be unacceptable from subway. Edit: also he didn’t cut one of the sandwiches at all

Honestly from the staff's personalities to the food and location I'm pretty sure that this is the best subway that I've ever been to. Will be returning frequently.
I was in Macon. Had the urge for a 12in. Service was super friendly. They don't honor subway special discounts, but prices were good.

This Subway is the red headed stepchild of Subways. The only selection available were a few choices of sandwiches,types of bread,no chips, and like one Soda choice. Everything was out. They had a ton of cookies though. The place could use a remodel too. The employees were the only positive thing about this place. Not to mention the homeless person right at the door when you arrived asking for money. Do better Subway! And treat your staff better! Give them the supplies they need to be successful and make the money.

A quick stop on the way through to Florida! A quaint little set up with outdoor seating in downtown Macon. If you are in need of a quick salad fix, Tabatha did a nice job with chopping our veggies ! Pleasant experience with a nice southern hospitality..

Worst service I have ever experienced in a Subway. The cashier didn’t know what she was doing and gave people the wrong orders. There was no one in line when I got there and by the time she got all the orders and receipts sorted correctly there was at least 10 people in line behind me.
