Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere, from ‘Brainican’. Firstly, he’s got headphones on clearly on the phone with someone. Then, he catches an attitude with me because when my brother said he wanted this sauce and that sauce, and I didn’t say I wanted the same on my sandwich because he (the worker) didn’t acknowledge me. He tells me I should’ve said I wanted the same thing so he could do them both at the same time (make his job easier, not my job btw) and scoffs and shakes his head. I work in food service myself and I have never treated anyone the way he treated me that was insane. And it’s crazy cause I was there the other night and he was great! The behavior he exhibited tonight should be unacceptable from subway. Edit: also he didn’t cut one of the sandwiches at all

This Subway is the red headed stepchild of Subways. The only selection available were a few choices of sandwiches,types of bread,no chips, and like one Soda choice. Everything was out. They had a ton of cookies though. The place could use a remodel too. The employees were the only positive thing about this place. Not to mention the homeless person right at the door when you arrived asking for money. Do better Subway! And treat your staff better! Give them the supplies they need to be successful and make the money.

A quick stop on the way through to Florida! A quaint little set up with outdoor seating in downtown Macon. If you are in need of a quick salad fix, Tabatha did a nice job with chopping our veggies ! Pleasant experience with a nice southern hospitality..

Worst service I have ever experienced in a Subway. The cashier didn’t know what she was doing and gave people the wrong orders. There was no one in line when I got there and by the time she got all the orders and receipts sorted correctly there was at least 10 people in line behind me.

As a person with a lot of food anxiety, this is the best Subway I've ever been to. They cut up the vegetables for my pizza at other places. They have been unwilling to even toast it properly for me.

I rarely give my reviews but today took the cake, I am a employee of the hospital downtown and normally I'll order online cause its quicker but today I decided to go inside usually the old staff is on-site and they are well acknowledged and attentive but not today, it was only me and a gentleman in line, he has placed his ordered two girls was maintaining the orders that I never seen before but I could tell they had no customer service skills, lacked time management and just disrespectful. They both proceed to check this man out at the register, giddy and flirting while my sub is wide open on the counter half fixed, mind you I'm on my 30min lunch break! One of the staff that was putting out chips noticed they wasn't fixing my sub and proceed to ask them " Why her sandwich is just sitting there", they was just so nonchalant about it at this point I'm upset and left the half made sandwich on the counter!! Get together Subway crew @ downtown Macon, Pine Street! No lunch for me today!
