Door dashed a food delivery from the 31211 zip store, combo with drink & chips was missing the chips, added red onions to my 2 sandwiches which i never wanted, was given wrong bread for the sandwiches (ordered Asiago toasted, got mushy, soggy white stuff), ordered a Coke with my order and got a warm Gatorade. Awful across the board, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.

19980 server was unprofessional she was rude I had three items on my sandwich I asked for two more tomatoes slices she said no I give you one then she told me rudely to get a small cup I informed her that the Coke machine was out she told me to get another get another soda I told her I didn't want a spirt nor Mello yellow. She said she was tried. The other lady step in and asked if I would like a bottle Pepsi. 19980 places my sandwich in a bag, but didn't put the chips in that was on the counter. Management you wonder why people don't like stopping there this is why your people don't want to work.

The lady who made our sandwiches wearing a gold necklace with the letter B on it was very rude, had a bad attitude, rushed our order gave us the wrong bread told us we couldn’t get any extra toppings because of a “shortage”.

First off the chick with the brown dreadlocks is rude. She half spoke when the customers walked in and she has a RBF!
I had a coupon for $6.49. The meal included a drink and chips. They tried to up charge .30. I told them I am a frequent customer at Subway and I always use these coupons. They insisted they do to and the total was correct. The short light skinned “manager” tried to make it make sense but it did not!
I go to Subway at least twice a week and the subtotal is always the coupon amount. I left and went to another Subway and they got it right and with no questions/issues. All I can say is do better!! They tried to charge me for a medium drink, not the drink that was included with the coupon price.

The young lady was very rude..I had flies on my sandwich i thought she would remake it but no she just shoo the fly off my sandwich..she was very direct as if I offered her..I have a tic tok with over 50k followers and will talk about this bad experience on my podcast..

At this point I think they only hire rude people on purpose. The "lady" with dreadlocks got me going to the subway across from the hospital.. Hire more qualified people

I placed an order on the app. I went to pick it up 10 mins later; arriving at the time the app said it was ready. I spoke to the big girl at the cash register, telling her I had a pick-up order. She said that she ‘don’t have one.’ Then looked around for 3 seconds and said that the new guy gave my order to someone else. I replied “are you guys going remake my order?’ She stopped and stared at me for a solid 15 seconds, then walked away, while calling me a racist ????? I then asked again and she started yelling at me that she has other people to help. My response, ‘than give me a refund for my order that you gave away.’
She declined after shouting all sorts of garbage in my face. Then told me to wait for a manager. I told her that what she was doing was stealing and I was going to call the authorities.
I did call the police. While waiting for them, the manager came in. She was worse than big girl; she immediately started barking and wagging her finger at me, while swinging her neck all over and standing very close to me.

I continued to sit off to the side awaiting the police, all the while-they are still barking at me. After about 15 minutes the manager says she is going to give me my money back-she did but she stole $5. I said I was still going to wait and file a complaint with the authorities and the manager PUT HER HANDS ON ME, pushing and shouting. Until she pushed me into the door, hitting me against the door, then came at me again saying she was ‘gonna put her hands all over me.’
Lemme just say something right here-I was saying nothing and was just waiting for the police.
Not only are these employees extremely ignorant and full of rage, they are thieves and they are violent. I’ve already lodged a formal complaint with Subway Corp and I will be filing charges against the manager for stealing and assault. I can’t wait to see the video of this incident…

I know, you don’t have to tell me, this story is CRAZY. All bc they messed up and didn’t want to fix their mistake. Seriously, you do not want a sandwich that bad, do NOT go to this store. They are dangerous and you never know what you’re gonna get. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Just spent over $40 on sandwiched for me& my family! To discover the Manager who prepared the sandwiches was rude, & very disrespectful! My family eat onions and she didn't tell us beforehand that she didn't have the onions cut up! So we decided to wait, but unfortunately we waited for over 45 minutes! Til finally she showed no customer respect to prepared the onions in a timely way! But only say that she was the only one working, also said that she was training! Very unprofessional as a Manager representing a Fortune 500 company!

I purchased over $40 of food and I wasn't told that the store didn't wasn't out of onions until the last min . The young lady had a very bad attitude.. and was very distressed and if she can't perform her job role. She also states she has alot going on she working alone and that she training serveral individuals and complaining about her job and how things have been for her the entire morning. Very bad service will not eat here again or recommend anyone to visit this subway.

Where do I even start! The bread was so hard, it was crunchy and flaking every where. Lettuce had started turning brown. Tomatoes wasn't fresh either. The lady was finishing an order. Another employee, I'm assuming a manager, was sitting there with people that just been hired. I'm standing in line about 10 minutes before she jumps up with what seems to be an attitude, and ask me questions back to back while getting gloves. "What you want, what kind of bread, what kind of cheese," then she was rushing me as I was telling her what I wanted on my sandwich all she kept saying was "keep going, keep going" and then she kept trying to get me to get stuff on my sandwich that I don't eat on my sandwich. And just because they was nasty and rude and this behavior seems to be ongoing from the comments, I will be calling cooperate and I wish other people would too.

The worker was rude, searching for conflict and lazy. I have complained about this person several times. Obviously, it's irrelevant. I will keep putting up reviews until the service improves. There is a gentleman who works that shift that understands customer service. This woman should be fired. We can only guess how much you have lost as a result if this lack of customer service.
