Service was good. Food was horrible, the sauce was watered down. Food taste like lighter fluid. I never had hibachi that had so much sauce in the plate

I’ve had good service all the other times, but tonight really made me upset. The all you can eat menu has the rules written down, and in the beginning the server tells you the rules like normal. But tonight EVERYTIME we tried to order more food or ask her for the menu again she would repeat “we will charge you extra for un finished food”. It says it on the menu and I understand if you say it the first 2-3 times but she said it EVERY SINGLE TIME SHE CAME TO OUR TABLE. She asked us if we wanted to keep our food separated or put together and we asked for it to be separated, mind you this isn’t just a small table of 2-4 people this is a large group who is each ordering their own food. Anytime she brings out food she will announce what it is and when someone raises their hand or yelled out it was theirs she just put it down on the table closest to her and said “everyone just share and help each other out, because we charge for left over food”, why would I want to share my food with someone so is sitting 5 chairs down from me? The server specifically made all of us write our orders on only 4 menus because she said it would be easier for her, ok fine but you would expect the area of each menu she took would be given the food they ordered. WRONG. Also, why is she still telling us extra food is a charge!? WE HAVE MONEY! WE CAME TO EAT AND PAY! At some point, some people had to get up and go order more food right next to her at the pos system. Everyone ordered their own sushi roll and instead of it going to the person who ordered, all the sushi gets put onto a giant boat and 2 big plates. How do you expect a large party to eat comfortably when they don’t know what is the food they ordered and everyone has to get up to go get food or pass around this big boat. She even went to the kids table and said “you have to eat everything you order or I will have to charge you extra”… are you serious THEY ARE KIDS! They’re not the ones paying the check or TIPPING YOU ON TOP OF THE GRATUITY YOU TAKE FOR PARTIES. She said the same thing every single time until someone told her, we don’t care we have the money to pay so stop saying that. She didn’t even apologize she just said ok and walked away. This could have been easy come and go if we had better service. But we did not.

Very nice, clean, calm atmosphere. Great for an unwind after a long day! Server was very sweet but couldn't answer many questions about the menu when trying to order food to go for my Mama at home. Plate came with enough food to feed two, or in my case, a late night snack 😋.

This place is great! Me and my family came and we had the all you can eat sushi and hibachi. The price is great for the amount you get. You do have to be careful about ordering too much as you do get charged for what you don’t eat so start small and just order more as needed. Their sushi pieces are bigger than your average sushi. As far as food everything we had was great! The service was phenomenal! It was way better than we expected. We had Alex as our waitress and she was top tier. She explained everything, and was very friendly. She came and checked on us multiple times. Our overall experience was great and we will be back!

Food was mixed. The steak was excellent, the stir-fried rice salty. The soup was good. I enjoyed the gyoza but prefer mine fried. The vegetables and noodle were good. A nice amount of food, and the staff was very friendly.

My family went here as a family of 5. We read the reviews so we thought this would be a pretty good place for Sushi. We ordered various rolls a hibachi plate sake and various drinks. I would say the rolls were mediocre. My mother ordered the Tuna roll it was disgusting. I've had LOTS of sushi in my life and this particular roll was ick. The tuna was slimy and pretty off putting. We also ordered the vegetable tempura which the mushrooms were pretty greasy. I bit into it and was grease laden. The most appealing looking and tasting dish was the hibachi plate. Very nice portions and was good. Outstanding no but good. My father ordered an unsweetened tea. It literally tasted like water. You could see straight through with no flavor. I know it was unsweetened but it shouldn't have been virtually clear. The young man that assisted us was the friendliest in the beginning. He finally warmed up after some prodding and us trying to make him as happy as possible. My father is 92 and I didn't want to cause a disturbance. If I was there by myself I would have asked for my money back and not finished my meal. Don't know if it was an off day. We spent over $100 which was fine but I just wish the food had been better.

Here’s my experience-I’ve been going to this restaurant on average twice a week with a co worker. Most days I order the lunch special as well as sushi. On average I spend 25-30 dollars per lunch. My co worker also averages about the same. After a year or so of weekly visits I was in a rush and decided to order take out. Keep in mind, they know me well enough here that they don’t have to even ask for my order any longer. So I place an order for 3 spicy tuna rolls and a side of chicken. The guy working the front tells me it’s $33 and some change. Keep in mind the 3 sushi rolls on the lunch special is $14.50. He tries to charge me over $20 for the 3 rolls then tells me I need to let him know it’s the lunch special. Dude works there and doesn’t know that??? Okay we get that cleared up. Second issue, I pay for everything and get ready to walk out and ask for a Yum Yum sauce for my side order of chicken. Oh it’s doesn’t come with it, you need to pay more. So already feeling as if he was trying to rip me off on the 3 sushi rolls, then wants to charge whatever it was for the sauce. I smiled said no thanks! You lost a customer X’s 2 that will never come back. It’s not about the 25 cents for the sauce or whatever it cost it’s about the principle of it all and future business.
