First time walking in. Menu items don't seem super clear so I asked to explain what I could get and they seemed exasperated by my question. I get it if everyone may ask the same thing but... Nice choices to fill a bowl but I get the feeling that the person serving is annoyed with me. The bowl was made and the food was tasty and good. But between the annoyed server and the dead atmosphere (no music, just a silent tv with Saved by the Bell playing) I felt a sense of oppression...
I am an avid surcheros goer. This location was slightly disappointing. I got the chicken nachos and the chips were very salty and skimpy. After getting all of my toppings, they had ran out of cheese and gave me what they had left which wasn’t even 1/3 a cup. So I asked for more cheese sauce and the employee said she would have to get more out of the back. Instead, she closed my food up and gave it to me. I asked again for cheese, and she hesitated. Another worker gave me some...
I have ordered from here several times. The food is very delicious and tasty. The portions are perfect. I would have given 5 stars on the food but my chips are always so salty I can't eat them. You can always add salt but I have found you can't get it off once added.
