This was one of the best experience I've had at taco bell. From the moment i entered until I left It was refreshing. Especially after a day of teaching young children. After I ordered, the manager offered me a "tray" when he noticed I had additional drinks. Then an employee offered me a larger bag for my food. Attention details matters!

Apparently this location is already notorious for not being honest to customers. My personal situation involves the drive thru window order taker advising me the store never received the New dragon fruit icee at that location. Funny they had it the day before and ironically the following day.

This was the worst experience ever. My husband went here bought quesadilla, hard taco and cinnamon twist for me, mind you we live 3 min from here. Why, the food was so cold in 3 min, quesadilla was disgusting the tortilla was burnt, cinnamon twist was cold and tasted old, the hard taco shell was cold and the meat did not seem cooked all the way through everything tasted old i was very disappointed. I feed the food to my dogs. What a waist of money. Il never eat here again. I'm new to Macon and the food experience has been the worst I thought taco bell would have been better but I was wrong.

The people are nice but always mess up your order! Ask for Nachos with peppers, they give you beans cheese and jalapeños no meat!!!! Ummm, I didn’t ask for this sir! Don’t want to take the food back cause they answering one car at a time!! They a waste of space at this point!

Went during lunch but it wasn't crowded. I was hacng trouble finding the 5$ box on the self service kiosk so the girl and the manager helped me with my order, I ordered for the whole office and they got everything right and was super quick. My only complaint is that the cup holders don't work, you need to use two in one to make it hold the cups

Employees are always nice and usually incredibly fast, but they definitely skimp on the ingredients. My $2 burritos are bigger than my $4 burritos and you pay .60 cents for a half empty sauce cup but atleast it’s usually correct. I’ve only had to go back a few times to correct an order.

I'm giving this a 4 out of 5 stars as far as taco bells go .. I am in no way saying taco bell is a 4 star restaurant lol .. it's sad I have to clarify that but hey everything is sad right now let's just be honest .. anyways food was good(for taco bell) the service was honestly great for this area .. daughter was scared of the bathroom.. she said there was tp everywhere .. that's about it

I went to the Bloomfield Rd. location across the street from the Macon Mall. I went through the drive thru. I ordered the steak power bowl. The service was fast and a guy remembered to give me my receipt, which I appreciate. The food was delicious ?. I am not surprised because anytime that I am in that area and stop at Taco Bell, the food has always been good. Like, I've never gotten bad food from this location, the employees are always courteous too. I am grateful that their service and high quality fast food are so consistent. Thank you!
