Walked in to place a large order. No one spoke to us. Lady at the drive thru window was playing on her phone, couldn’t look away from her phone to see us and could have easily stopped for the 5 minutes it took to place our order. Two guys were on a smoke break. Had to pretty much yell for someone to take our order. Seems to be the case that all Taco Bell’s in Macon suck!

I really hate this location. It's always new people in there. But wth is this!! I really wasted my money. I was trying to be nice. I got food for my family and for homeless.

The $7.00 box is a great value. There was a burrito, chalupa,a gordita, chips with chedder cheese and a soft drink. Fresh and yummy

The person taking our order was on their phone at the register. Then never said a word to us. The table we sat at was so wobbly it spilled a drink. The tacos had barely anything in them, were soggy and had literally not one shred of cheese in them. The double cantina chicken was so mushy you couldn’t even see the chicken in it. There was another girl behind the counter that was on speaker phone on her cell phone carrying it around. The ledges in the window had literal cobwebs in the corners. So I actually wasn’t too surprised to see an insect crawling across the ledge. I was so disgusted with the conditions of the restaurant it turned my stomach, so I went to the bathroom to be greeted with a super strong odor of marijuana. This was absolutely horrible

I went and was in line @ 1:58 and asked if I could get happily hour special for the freeze drink. I was told no. Then I got up and paid at drive thru and watched her ignore my receipt and pull them all out and toss them, then proceeded to give me one without barcode at bottom to scan for my app.
The “shift manager” was just as obnoxious and I told her she threw it away and was like oh i see it, its all wet.( How it if its on top )
Horrible customer service, they steal receipts to preventing giving out rewards.

The last 3-4 times my order has been missing an item and if I didn't check through everything before l left they wouldn't have noticed.

The food quality (especially the hashbrowns) has also gone way down in recent months. They are stale and hard across multiple items (Fiesta potatoes side, spicy potato soft taco, etc.). It's taco bell, I know what I'm getting when I order and the bar is set very low, and yet somehow they have gone even lower the last 2 months.

I used to really enjoy this taco bell even 6 months ago but now I don't think I'll be back at this location for a while.

missing food from order! ordered family pack tacos,, only got 9 tacos, also said they did not have hard shells, and said will make some soft shell. when ordering also told me I could not order this at window has to be online order. NEVER BEEN TOLD THAT BEFORE! Then the tacos I did get were almost empty.

Food was bland as usual, employees couldn't be bothered to take my order. I was instructed to use the kiosk instead. Foot was in a cast and was looking to sit and relax to eat my food... tables were roped off, claiming the dining room was closed. It looked like they didn't feel like cleaning it. Seems like price went up and quality went down.
