Last two days I’ve gotten the same thing. Crunchwrap and a chicken quesadilla. Neither had almost any meat in them. The quesadilla was realllyyyyy rough looking, cut all sorta of way and the least amount of cheese and chicken possible. Flat and over 50% had no filling. I was hoping it was just a fluke/bad day yesterday. But today solidified it and we won’t be coming back til it gets better.
Tossed most of the meal because it was just lettuce and tomato’s and tortilla. Prices are up and it’s just not worth it $$

They skipped over my order, leaving me in the lobby for 20 minutes. Two people that ordered after me got their food first. No offer of a refund or a discount, or a free drink or any kind of compensation. Kitchen staff is extremely disorganized, and can't figure out who's getting what orders. Beef tariffs have also increased the prices of all the cheap items on the menu to being over $10, so even that's not worth it anymore.

Came inside to place my food order via kiosk, was trying to modify our power bowl order, but I was unable too. I went to the counter and Ladarian P greeted me and asked me what could he help with, I explained my wife's sensitivity to tomato seeds, he politely told me that the guacamole also has tomatoes and offered to put it in a side container, just in case my wife still wanted it. His polite manners and eagerness to take care of my order and address any food concerns took me by total surprise. Ladarian P was genuinely helpful and my visit with this restaurant exceeded my expectations.

When you visit this restaurant, and if Ladarian P and that team are working, you'll be amazed at how quickly and efficiently they will serve you, even more so if you need to modify your food order.

I visited this Taco Bell location with my son, and the experience was very disappointing. We stood at the counter waiting, but the worker completely ignored us. When I said “thank you” after receiving our food, he just looked at me without responding. That was very rude and unprofessional. It gives off HOOD vibes, especially considering this is a nice area. This location really needs to work on customer service and professionalism.

I repeated my order to one of there staff member, the staff member had a nasty attitude. I noticed when I bit on my taco there was a piece of black plastic stuck in my food, that someone with evil intentions put there. Whatever you do avoid this taco bell on tom Hill I will never return here. service sucks!

One of the better, more consistent locations. The food is always correct and handed to the customer hot (or cold when applicable). Friendly, helpful staff and overall just a better Taco Bell than most. They do have the kiosks, so come ready to touch a screen, they will do counter orders but it is usually faster to order at the kiosk

Walked in to place a large order. No one spoke to us. Lady at the drive thru window was playing on her phone, couldn’t look away from her phone to see us and could have easily stopped for the 5 minutes it took to place our order. Two guys were on a smoke break. Had to pretty much yell for someone to take our order. Seems to be the case that all Taco Bell’s in Macon suck!
