The Taco Bell's location on Zebulon Road is not good at all. Of course, the staff members work very hard and are courteous. The problem is with the ownership of this eatery. It is adjacent to a gas station, and since it doesn't have its own restroom, customers have to use the gas station's restroom, which is connected to the Taco Bell via a door. The bathroom is very dirty and often lacks soap for washing your hands. To make the matters worse, it smells foul and is quite uninviting.
Going back to the food in the restaurant, I must say most food items, including the meat and chips are very old. Finally, the fountain drink machine is a big mess, meaning that as soon as one presses any of the soda choices, he / she will see water gushing out of those sprouts uncontrollably, making the perdon wet all over. When I explained this matter to the manager, she exclaimed that it wasn't the restaurant's fault,and that I should complain to the Pepsicola company!!!
Based on the above points that I have observed during my past three visits, I can affirm that I will never go back to that location again. I can easily guess the nationality of the owner of the gas station and the adjoined Taco Bell. However, because of certain considerations, I cannot mention it here. Conclusion: Avoid it, avoid it, and avoid it!

LET ME TELL YOU FIRST AND FOREMOST i stay right by this taco bell and it actually used to be very appetizing now I find that the food is disgusting they where smoking in there i believe it looked boxed out and then i couldn’t even order face to face i had to order through a kiosk machine and i was the only one in there and they still messed my order up im highly allergic to tomatoes and it felt like they added a pound of tomato’s on my crunch wrap the blond lady is lucky i don’t get my attorney involved

I'm used to Taco Bell in Florida where you walk in and go yeah what do you want we walked into this Taco Bell and the young lady behind the counter greeted us so politely I was having trouble figuring out what I wanted to eat because of recent dental surgery she made recommendations and once we got our order she double-checked with us to make sure that I was good it was a nice breath of fresh air to see such a young person with such a polite caring attitude

I’m not sure of the young man name who is working the drive thru tonight, but at 7pm on tonight 11/16/24, I had to drive off because he was so rude taking the order. After the automatic message went off, he came on and just said, “go ahead” that should’ve been the first red flag, but literally every interaction after that was just as bad. He should definitely be on the line cooking and not interacting with customers. Poor customer service!!

Napkin dispensers were broken.
Nachos Bell Grande - chips were hard and flavorless, mostly beans, almost no meat, and 4 pieces of tomato. Really?
Three hard taco meal was good.
It's a shared restroom with the gas station, and it was very dirty with one working stall.

My 2 year daughter can follow instructions better than this Taco Bell crew. I have never been to this location without my food being wrong or them just completely forgetting items.
