If this Taco Bell had negative review I would. I wouldn’t usually write review but this has been the 4th time they have put meat on veggie order, I ordered everything without no meat , and specially the two veggie Mexican pizza, they even ring it up as veggies as you can see on my receipt. I’m so disappointed at their service , and. When I ask for refund they refund me but not full amount. This is not once this is multiple times they have put BEEF ON VEGGIES PIZZA. I Would not recommend anyone to go this Taco Bell , specially if your vegetarian because they will put it and then act like they did it by mistake, I understand first time but this has been very repetitive with them. They will never refund u full amounts ethier. They have very bad customer service , playing loud Rap music in Taco Bell, and all have attitude on their face. PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF YOUR EATING HERE, might not get what you order !!! They have the worst customer service along with the food !!

The Taco Bell's location on Zebulon Road is not good at all. Of course, the staff members work very hard and are courteous. The problem is with the ownership of this eatery. It is adjacent to a gas station, and since it doesn't have its own restroom, customers have to use the gas station's restroom, which is connected to the Taco Bell via a door. The bathroom is very dirty and often lacks soap for washing your hands. To make the matters worse, it smells foul and is quite uninviting.
Going back to the food in the restaurant, I must say most food items, including the meat and chips are very old. Finally, the fountain drink machine is a big mess, meaning that as soon as one presses any of the soda choices, he / she will see water gushing out of those sprouts uncontrollably, making the perdon wet all over. When I explained this matter to the manager, she exclaimed that it wasn't the restaurant's fault,and that I should complain to the Pepsicola company!!!
Based on the above points that I have observed during my past three visits, I can affirm that I will never go back to that location again. I can easily guess the nationality of the owner of the gas station and the adjoined Taco Bell. However, because of certain considerations, I cannot mention it here. Conclusion: Avoid it, avoid it, and avoid it!
