I can't rate the food because nobody would take my order, just yelled out for me to use the kiosk and when I explained that I am vision impaired and couldn't use the kiosk they still refused to manually take my order. I own a contracting firm and had my driver pull in so that I could pick up lunch for my crew of 23 workers and ended up having to go somewhere else, which caused me to be delayed with my work and quite honestly, it's not the money I lost due to Miss some work as I'm the foreman on this project, it's more that I for one am disabled and was not accommodated due to either a lack of policies or just flat lazy employees who've never obviously been taught anything about customer service and work ethic. Sad. Oh, there were 4 people in the dining room during this visit.

Came in town after a 9 hour drive and we were all hungry. We decided to stop at Taco Bell on Zebulon rd and let me just say my family said this was by far the tastiest and correctly done food we've ever had from a Taco Bell.The new cantina chicken tacos are amazing!

The food is always good but half of the time there is no one around and you have to use the kiosk which is kind of a hassle if you want to pay with cash.
On sunday march 24 at 11-12am Ordered at the window and the girl was nasty didn't want to take the order and got the order wrong and over charge my card went to try and fix it and she try to charge me more money for what she messed up

They are so lazy that they refuse to take their customers' orders, but make you use the kiosk instead. How lazy can you be? Is this what their "manager" has told them to do, or are they doing this by their own accord? Is the "manager" really that incompetent and disregarding of their customers? If not, they need to fire their staff and hire better employees, and train them to do right. How could Taco Bell allow this kind of laziness and disregard for their customers by their employees? I have now seen that this is what they do at every Taco Bell in Macon, so it must be that Taco Bell is just a pathetic incompetently managed company.

Whole staff need alot of training. They can’t even roll the burrito. Every time when i order veg mexican pizza, they’ll always add beef in it. After calling the store to inform about their mistake associate would not even apologize for it. Not the right place to get a food.
