I visited this location on 11/27/2024 (date could be off but it was the Wednesday for Thanksgiving of this year) anywho I visited this location around 8:30pm. I placed mg order through drive thru the cashier was very friendly, she took mg order as usual once I got to the window everything was fine , I paid for my food , received my receipt everything was rung up correctly I received my food & proceeds to head home. Once I got home which is 3-4 mins away.. I take out my food preparing to eat when I went to put sauce of my tacosā¦ BOOM little to no meat. Literally I get a regular sized spoon to scrap up & feed to a 8 month old baby . Every last taco was like thatā¦. & clearly when I ordered & exactly how it was rung up EXTRA SEASONED BEEF on my entire order. I paid over $30 for to combos number 1 & number 2. I closed food back up, jumped in my car & went back! When I get there I go inā¦ & as I approached the counter a woman approached me & said āWhatās the problem?ā With an attitude. I placed bag on counter opened a taco to show her while telling her all of them are like that. She snatches my bag off the counter & slams it in the trash & walk off.. not asking me why did I have or anything. Get this she was the manager of the shift. Once my food was fixed over she tossed my bag on the counter & walked off. I opened my food just for her to give it to me the same way it was the first time (little to no meat) my reason for returning. I asked for her name because how rude she was she would not give it to me. I told her that I had been an assistant manager for years at another fast food chain & her service was poor & very unacceptable for her to be in that position. I asked for a refund & she acted as if she didnāt hear me. I asked for corporate number she disrespectfully told her they donāt have a corporate number that I could call the number on the receipt. I then asked for her name again & loudly stated Jasmine! The cashier over in the drive thru refunded me my money. I politely thanked her & jasmine both & left the establishment. Iām a paying customer, that goes to this establishment once a week or more sometimes, always go thru drive thru.. NEVER experienced this type of behavior nor disrespect from a manager . I did call the number on the receipt all Monday morning following thanksgiving weekend & no one ever picked up the phone for me.

The customer service was good. But the food was terrible 2 chalupas one of which was chicken was overcooked, the other chalupas was beef and had about 2 teaspoons of meat on it with a raw shell. The nacho fries tasted bad. All in all I'd rather eat at McDonald's than at this location and honestly I hate mcdonalds. I won't be eating here anymore.

Firstly it was fast ordering OH NO the downfall i said NO CHEESE GUESS WHAT THEY PUT CHEESE secondly, THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG ORDER (did that twice) but the person at the window tried their best but the cook probably said SCREW YOU! speaking of twice. i might think twice before coming here! (Hey at least the taco was good).

Accommodating and friendly workers. And the atmosphere was very nice, Iāve never been to a Taco Bell so nice! But the quality of food was not very good and they amount of food was very small compared to most taco bells

Just bought the Disha Hot Sauce box meal for $8.99. The portion size is a complete rip off. Both of my hard shell tacos were 2/3 empty with about a tablespoons of beef smeared inside with a few strains of lettuce and literally like 6-7 little string of shredded cheese laid on top between the broken taco shells. I discovered this after I drove back home. When you call the store, phone rings and rings and no body will pick up. This was definitely not $8.99 worth. I literally feel like they straight up robbed me. Train your employees to prepare food correctly!

I ordered the Mexican pizza combo and my pizza was horrible. It tasted almost like burnt plastic, no idea can't describe it but it was horrible. The tacos and other items we ordered was ok though.
I went through the drive thru and the young lady at the window was super rude and Iām pleasant, she forgot my drink and I sat there, she came back to the window I asked did she ring a drink up she looked at the screen and walked away from the window came back with the drink and handed it to me and closed the window, didnāt say thank you or my apologies. Just rude and unprofessional.
