Normally, this taco bell is great. But today, we came in and our food wasn’t even fully cooked. The tortilla was cold, and the cheese wasn’t even melted, just thrown on a cheese quesadilla. And the tacos were not cooked either. The cinnabon delights were good though! (at least 😂)

placed order at window , $40 worth crammed into one bag so i couldnt see what was inside unless i had a table to lay it all out on, missing my chips and guacamole, always missing something when you eat here, worst service in all of macon ga. asked if everything was in bag which it wasnt and didnt know till i got home, food was already prepared befor ordering so it was very cold, wish i could fire everyone there....

I visited this location on Sept. 4th around 5:45 pm. I ordered two Taco Combos, a Beef Chalupa and an order of Cinnamon Twists. I asked that the Chalupa and the Tacos have only meat, cheese and lettuce. My Chalupa was filled with Sour Cream and Tomatoes. There were no Cinnamon Twists in the bag. When I asked for them, the Cashier Zinga, E. first told me that they were in the bag. Then the Manager (I think) handed her a bag of Cinnamon Twists and she handed them to me out the window in her hands with no bag. I visit this Taco Bell at least twice a week but will have to reconsider.

The staff needs to be trained in the areas of customer service and how to communicate w/ customers. There were no lids for the smaller cups. My wife and I sat on the patio waiting for our orders. No one had the courtesy to inform us when our orders were ready. I happen to go back inside to discover the orders sitting on the counter. That shows that the staff is also inattentive to their customer. The leadership is slack.
This place has the most disrespectful and rude employees I have ever encountered. And the nastiest person there is the manager. She needs to be fired for how she treat customers!! If you like disrespect then this is the place for you.

They advertise the chicken but don't give you any. I just got the stackers with the cantina chicken which were burned and it's the smallest scoop of chicken ever. I also got the chicken enchilada burrito which was full of rice approximately 3 pieces of chicken

I have been ordering steak fries for the longest, and the young manager the guy with dreads said they’re not allowed to sell them! Ask for cooperation number he advised me to get off the website. I just bought some last night. Poor customer service!!!! This operation is very unprofessional. The girl who’s at the window she works every time i go there, piercing everywhere, she look’s dirty is extremely rude! Please don’t give this establishment your money.

Alicia and the night crew were absolutely amazing!!! We got there about 20 minutes til close with a HUGE order (I tried to put it in through the app way earlier so they'd have time, but the app wouldn't send the order through). Alicia went above and beyond to make sure we had everything, and when we let her know the dr pepper was out of syrup, she generously agreed to make us whatever drink we wanted, even though they were trying to close. Great job on getting it out timely, too!!! We still got back home before they even closed 😊
