Went inside the store. A lady was keep talking of phone and did not give any response to us.I ordered Mexican pizza and it was so bitter and not fresh if I ate 100% I would have get food poison. Worst Taco Bell store and food I ever had in US.

The food is horrible & cold… freezing.. The employee working there needed a black& mild … so whoever her friend is cut in front of me to pass one thru the window… They didn’t give me any meat on my nacho bell grande…. They have food just sitting there…

Make sure you check your order when using the drive-thru! They ALWAYS leave out items! Tonight they left out the Stacker which I've yet to try... ??‍♀️Food quality isn't the worst I've ever had but could use some improvements.The lady working the drive-thru was very polite.

We stopped for a quick bite to eat. Nobody was at the counter to take our order, so we were pretty much forced to use the kiosk. Which I loathe! My husband ordered a burrito and a taco supreme, along with a large drink. I ordered a cheese quesadia, nachos fries, and a medium drink.Ordering on the kiosk wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, I prefer face to face, eye contact. However, when I went to fill our cups and put the lids on, only a small and medium lid would fit our cups. To top it off, my quesadia was burnt on one side, well done on the other, and was nearly paper thin.Next time, we'll wait for someone to come out to the counter.At least it wasn't freezing inside like it usually is and we enjoyed watching TV while we ate

I went there last week and was charged for food I never received. Normally I check the bag but the line was long and wanted to get home. I only received one taco and it was ICE COLD. I even had my heated seats on and the bag was sitting on that. I would have enjoyed getting the rest of my food but I never even got a receipt to prove what I had actually paid for. The employee at the window acted like it was the worst day of her life by the time I got to the window….i just remembered thinking about how bad her day must have been to act like that!

Love taco bell never been to this location J always get the same thing, pulled up paid then I find out the older friendly woman that was working the window keyed in the wrong order when she realized there was no effort to correct it. Took it anyway got home and I there was barely any meat on anything! All veg and barely those, first and last.

You would think that with the increased prices and you having to put in your own order they would have more time and man power to at least clean the place but that is not the case. Dirty restrooms and one clean table and we were the only people there.

The food was good. We arrived at 10:14pm and decided to go in because the drive thru seemed congested and several cars were parked close to the entrance. Doors were open but told drive thru only was open. No problem, we went through the drive thru and was instructed to go park beside the entrance to wait for the food. Apparently this is the common practice because everyone in the drive thru was doing the same thing. Once we got home we discovered part of the order was missing. I guess it was a bad night to visit this Taco Bell.

THE Whole Night crew need to be firedTHEY ARE RUDE...food food is ALWAYS COLD..THEY neverrr put enough meat or anything in shells..You get SHELL ONLY no matter what it is.. MY ORDER AT late nights NEVER ARE RIGHT....Thomaston Road gotta do better with that night crew
