The food just isn't great, ESPECIALLY for the price. I can get a more tender and flavor filled Ribeye from Outback with 2 sides for $30 compared to their smaller, chewy, mediocre Ribeye, with mashed potatoes that aren't even mashed good and have a poor consistency for $45. This isn't the first time I've eaten here I've given them the benefit of the doubt and have eaten multiple times and have the same experience so at least they are consistent I guess....

I recently dined at Texas Border Grill and came away impressed — it’s one of those spots that balances hearty meals, relaxed vibe, and real comfort without trying too hard. This was the best food we have had at a restaurant in a very long time! The steak was perfection! The fried mushrooms for appetizers….OMG wish I had some now!
