I’m typing this as I’m in the restaurant. My family of 5 and I are here and as soon as we sat down, a roach was crawling on the back of the bench. We notified the waiter just so they were aware and could spray after hours and he stated “ it’s the Georgia thing, they coming out now” no excuse! Shortly after, the lady in front of us was stomping on the ground, & it appeared that she was killing some kind of bug on the ground. My mom had something floating in her sweet tea, and when the main entrees came out, there was a piece of hair in my mashed potatoes as soon as I moved the sour cream container. The manager came over and was apologetic, and stated she will comp the ticket. I used to love Texas road house, but now, I doubt I will be returning.

They will deny your government ID and not serve you alcohol stating it’s a fake ID. I have been above the legal age for years now and never had an issue ever before.

We love Texas Roadhouse, great food, atmosphere is fantastic. We choose to be bar Flys, and everyone is always friendly and top it off with country music! We have been all over the country, and if there is a TRH we don't even have to choose.

Our waiter was Ed. He was great! He was very attentive and conversational. The appetizers and dishes were great! Nothing was under seasoned. Everything was cooked to perfection. I will be returning soon with my family and hopefully we receive the same waiter.
My wife and I both ordered the appetizer, KILLER RIBS! Well the ribs we both say were killer, but everything else was not. Our waitress was very nice but not all that with it. I also ordered the Texas Red Chili and she brought it to me saying the bowl and plate were VERY hot. I would have to say it was maybe warm. The waitress returned with another soda for me and I told her that there is nothing hot about this Chili nor the plates! She took it back to the kitchen and promptly had it microwaved to a reasonable temperature and returned it to me. I will have to say that most good restaurants do not own a microwave to heat the food, it's hot on the stove. Well I found out that is not the case for Texas Roadhouses Chili! I then felt it took longer than it should have to get the ribs and steak fries. The steak fries I ordered well done. Well the ribs were excellent but the chef didn't read what the waitress wrote that I wanted my steak fries well done. They were just the normal cooked. I wasn't about to wait for well done fries. Our waitress forgot to come back to refill my soda and then came back and said the soda was out and someone was changing the tank so I had to wait for that! Our waitress didn't ask how our dinner was so this review is what ya get!!!

Dawn, the best server at Texas Roadhouse, provided exceptional service that went beyond a simple tip. The food and atmosphere were also great. At Texas Roadhouse, Dawn delivered outstanding service that deserved recognition beyond just a tip. The food and ambiance were also impressive. From my experience, Dawn was the standout performer among all Texas Roadhouse. Her service merited acknowledgment beyond a mere tip, and the food and setting were excellent.
