Food was severely disappointing. Tried dinner for the first time in a few years and nothing positive has changed. Last time I went the calzone was horribly undercooked.

Food is good. I haven't been impressed at all by customer service either time I have come in to pick up food. And surprisingly I go back today and absolutely nothing has changed! Literally stood at the bar 7 minutes waiting for someone to come to it so that I could place a to go order. I won't be back! They were not busy at all. I went around 2:45p. When I first walked in the hostess was sitting at one of the tables chatting with a friend. Honestly didn't know it was the hostess until she finally got up and asked if I needed to pickup an order!

My son, husband and I along with two friends came in tonight after an evening at the beer fest. There was a GA game so it was busier than usual. We had heard about this place from friends, it was close by, and were visiting out of town so we decided to stop by. We got sat and had been talked to by our server Brandon as he was passing by. We had gotten our drinks brought to us by another sweet woman named Allison. Brandon was back shortly after that. He seemed really busy but took the time to talk with us and get us interested in looking at some appetizers and some of the Halloween themed drinks. He was attentive, funny, and made sure we each enjoyed our meal. We had a great time despite the fans in the background. Our food was great. We did wait a bit on some things but that was to be expected with how busy everyone there seemed. Brandon told us to write a review about it since it was our first time here. This is also my first review and If my husband and I find ourselves in Macon we will be back!

Went with some friends and family to catch up and watch a football game, they were playing UM and FSU. We were greeted instantly and they sat us in the back. Our server was Ana, she did a great job in taking our order in less than 5 minutes (it was 12 of us) and food came out perfect! She constantly made her presence known and was very funny!! The manager which was a young girl also came by and was visible all night as well, thank you guys for a great night! Definitely visiting again.
BTW they do auto gratuity over 6/7 people but it is very much worth it for the vibes offered and service 🙌

Came in today because I wanted good pizza. My server was Anna, her manager was Alyssa, kitchen lead Alex.... they were exceptional!!! Customer is hard to come by they exceeded the standard. They took care of us as if we were VIP.

I have been coming to The Brick - MACON for a few years now. But I have recently found myself truly enjoying my time with Lindsey and Carly taking care of me at the bar and all the other patrons. The amount of attention they give everyone, makes you feel like you are never waiting long. The vibes are always AMAZING, you will never come here and NOT have a great time.
