Dirty bird chicken and waffles was amazing, had a kick to it! Kids loved their waffle and eggs/bacon/potatoes. Biscuits were legendary, recommend the sausage gravy but apple butter was good too. Beignets were good with dipping sauce. Very attentive and friendly staff, military discount offered.
I love coming to Flying Biscuit and enjoying my coffee and food at the bar with Shug! She understands customer services and pays attention to every small detail. I always look forward to Mondays at the Flying Biscuit. Keep up the great work, Shug!
I'm so glad this has come to Middle Georgia. The owners are very nice and visibly working hard along with the employees. Every server I've had has been great. Of course I love the grits, among other items!! Shugg should have known I was a lightweight but I went for the bottomless mimosas!! I'll be back again though🤣
