I made an online order for a Bahama mama bowl sub the fresh pineapples for strawberries. The order showed completely different on the printout that was on the bag. I proceeded to tell one of the females that I wanted all strawberries and no pineapples. There was another female in there, a small individual who had a horrible attitude. I watched her talked about the bowl with the other female, and she had a look on her face as if she did not want to remake the order. I told the female who I first had an encounter with that if there was a problem with remaking my order that she could issue me a refund. The order was remade, but there needs to be some type of customer service training done IMMEDIATELY. The small female that works there is going to ruin that particular location.

Walked in there tonight and worker comes up to me with a full mouth of food talking! Nasty! I walked out!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. The location on Zebulon road is my FAVORITE of the two BUT they were currently out of avocados. I called this location before heading this way a total of 12 times and didn’t get an answer at all. Upon pulling up I observed a female and male worker literally leaning on the counter. I walked in calling the phone just to see if it would ring there. When I walked to the register I asked her “hey do yall not have a store phone? I’ve been calling to see if you have avocados in this location because Zebulon doesn’t”. With a slight attitude the cashier states, no and mumbled something she knew better to not say out loud to me. She then said it’s not “working” right now. Upon making my smoothie her attitude was TERRIBLE. Mr. N.Patel PLEASE HIRE WITH DIVERSITY because there are people out here with absolute excellent customer service that I would be glad to give my money to. Your staff at Tom Hill is not only inconsistent, but absolutely SUCK with customer service skills. Signed- An AVID TROPICAL SMOOTHIE CUSTOMER✊🏾
Service is terrible here. Didn't really want to order because of that due to the awkward silence I was getting while walking into this place. Just blatantly staring at your customers without speaking to them? A bit odd.

The island green smoothie has absolutely no flavor or taste of any of the components it claims to have except the green color. The smoothie plus a B12 boost was $9.70 so this is way too pricey to be soo much worse than store bought bottled juice smoothie. Suspiciously took 2 minutes to be ready so clearly no frozen fruits and veggies were combined to blend this up.. probably from a premade mix. Wish I had checked the reviews. It appears the lack of taste has been an ongoing issue

The person taking our order was nice enough, but there was big piece of plastic in my wrap, when we asked for a refund they cleared the table idk if they are gonna resell the chips or not but fyi food is not inspected before it goes out.

I’m all about professionalism, being courteous & making someone feel welcome and these two ladies literally watched me open the door and come in, did not say one word to me or even make eye contact. When I walked in the lady on the left turned around and walked away. So I said “hello” and she just looked at me & very lightly & clearly unwillingly said “hi” and walked to the register and just sat there as if she was waiting for me to speak. A boy got his meal and said thank you on the way out and both of the ladies continued to talk to each other and ignore him. When my order was ready the lady on the right brought it to the counter and whispered something & walked off and kept talking to the other lady again. Still, never making eye contact or speaking. Worst service ever!!! My friend warned me about this location as she’s had the same experience every-time she’s come here so she no longer even eats at any tropical smoothy. This happened to be right next to my gym so I stopped bc it was convenient! I typically go to Smoothy King bc not only are their bowls bigger and have wayyy better customer service, except the one off Riverside, but they’re worth the money. For $12 you’d think we’d get a fair amount of açaí & better service! They will not get my business anymore!!!
Additionally, I’ve now read some of the other reviews and apparently many people are having this issue with these two particular ladies. They clearly do not like their jobs or the people they have to serve. It appears most of our reviews are saying the same thing about their attitudes and carelessness with regard to people and doing the right thing. This business will not survive with these two ladies as a business owner myself, I pride myself in providing excellent customer service to the people who are keeping the business afloat.
It’s been a minute since I visited this particular location, but this morning I placed a mobile order. First, when I walked in, the associates were having a convo amongst themselves and I stood at the counter of the entrance being that, mobile pickups were there before. One lady turned around and pointed to the front of the register but I continued to stand where I was because I was going to tell her I had a mobile order. I turned to see if the cubby was still there and realized they had moved it closer to the register. I looked and seen my name, took my bag and left out. Once in the car I looked and noticed the amount in the bowl I got was very low. I went back inside to ask about it being that I had ordered the Greek yogurt bowls before from the zebulon rd location and it was never that low. When I was trying to explain it to the woman, she was giving a stink look saying what, as if she didn’t understand me. She went to the freezer where they had premade bowls stored and said we don’t feel it up because we store it the air compression rises. I told her I’ve order plenty of bowls and they were never to this level. This bowl was $11, and it is not worth the money at all. I am highly disappointed in the service as well as the quality and quantity of the dragon fruit bowl I received this morning. Two of the pineapples that are in the bowl appears to be ripe. The spoon isn’t even fully covered when standing straight in the bowl. I’m not sure if it is a company wide thing yet being that I haven’t visited any other locations, but I will update when I do. If it is, the company itself should be ashamed.
Edit: after reviewing some reviews just now, it appears that a lot of us have encountered the same rude, stink face employees. Today there were 3 people working, 2 women and a male.

Very nasty attitudes on Tom Hill Sr blvd. When I walked in the two Indian looking females rolled eyes when I said good morning and I walked right out. Im not dealing with racism when I was born here. I will never come back also no hair nets on hair and long hair hanging on food
Ive visited this location (Tom Hill Sr, Macon. GA) a lot because its close to my home. I should have stopped going a while ago. The 2 ladies that mostly work there have poor customer service skills. They are a bit smug. Not to mention that the berry bowl I always order is getting smaller in amount. Now the bowl is about half full. With that said the smoothies are great and the restaurant is always clean.
