This establishment is the worst In Customer Service. Employees are Unattended and cannot multitask.. I have had two bad experiences with Customer Service. I reached out to the manager and have left two messages for him to call, but he has not returned my calls. I would not buy a smoothie or any other product from this establishment. Establishments need to understand that it is customers who continue to keep their doors open. Some of these establishment, have the attitude that they are doing you a favor by servicing you when we are doing them a favor by patronizing their establishment.

The girl literally looked at me and my partner when we ordered like we had three heads. Ultimate gen z stare. Nothing up stairs. Awful customer service. Had no coconut but didn’t check when we ordered and after they said something just stared and looked like there was something wrong with us for them being out. Also a girl they knew came in after us as she immediately got a smoothie because they knew her.

Never disappoints! Every time I go, the food is fresh and exactly what I need, whether it's a smoothie or one of their wraps/ flatbreads. The staff are friendly, quick, and genuinely seem to care about giving you a great experience. It’s one of the few places I can count on every time I'm traveling down south. Highly recommend!

I went in the girl literally had her head phones in watching a movie seemed so annoyed I wanted a smoothie I asked for no lime as I am allergic. When she gave me my smoothie I tasted it and instantly tasted like straight lime I asked her did she accidentally put it in there she rolled her eyes paused her movie and said no I said well im allergic and it really tastes that way she just looked at me so to keep the peace I just bought another never offered a discount anything paid full price by the time I got home I was in full blown allergic reaction to the lime that was put in my smoothie!! I will not be going back to this location!!!

This place can be hit or miss when it comes to food. I got a bowl with canned pineapple tidbits. I assumed they ran out. And when you pay for extra, there’s no difference in the portions. I like the mixed berry bowl, but I decided to make them at home from now on because $10 is a lot for one bowl of simple inexpensive ingredients. The southwest chicken breakfast wrap used to be my favorite but the chicken has been rubber lately. It really freaks me out. And idk I think the brand of chipotle mayo had changed because it tastes different. My smoothie has been made with bananas when I always order a kiwi quencher. The staff is friendly though. I’m usually there once a week and my smoothie is made right 90% of the time so that’s the item I will always purchase.

Maybe it's just me but they failed at customer service I really didn't enjoy spending my money there maybe he's the owner but however the Indian man made me feel unwelcome

Not the friendliest establishment. I'm starting to dislike this franchise these days. They really aren't very friendly. Just get your food & get out. 😂 I used to enjoy dining and ordering from them, but in the last three or four months, it's not what it used to be. Maybe it's because I'm black. I don't know. The food doesn't even taste the same. I've had it delivered & picked it up, however, it's become inconsistent or non-existent in taste. My favorite sandwiches aren't yummy anymore. 😢😭 How can you ruin a smoothie?! 😧🧐😮‍💨 This was my first time at this particular location. Not much of a difference. I'll miss them. They used to be my favorite restaurant & were SO good post workout. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Always our favorite for smoothies!! We tried the smoothie bowls and man was awesome. We’ve tried most of their flavors, always fresh tasting and you get a lot. Staff always friendly.

I visited the Zebulon Road location in Macon, Georgia. Service was very quick and my Avocolado smoothie and mixed berry greek yogurt bowl were both great. Tamara and Jermicia were both so kind, professional and courteous that I asked them their names before leaving. Thanks young ladies!

I like Tropical Smoothie but on two occasions the Zebulon location said " We are out of bananas today" COME ON! This is just bad management! GO TO KROGER, THEY HAVE A TRUCK LOAD OF BANANAS!
